Both receptionists I spoke to were extremely friendly and welcoming and my nail tech, Annie, did a beautiful job. I got a gel fill. Every nail is the exact length and even. No bumps, no uneven ridges, she perfectly filed them to make my nails look natural. She was pleasant and I didn't feel like she was rushing through me to get to the next person. She showed pride in her work. At the end she did a little massage and moisturized my hands. It was a nice touch I wasn't expecting. The whole thing cost me $30. I used to pay more and get average work. I will definitely be back! Make sure you make an appointment if you can, they get pretty busy!

I left there bleeding with scabs forming and I had to be in a wedding in four days. they told me it will be fine and it will go away and it did not. Few days later I received another text saying that they had refunded my money. When I inquired as to where they refunded it too since it was a gift card, they said oh we don't refund gift cards. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to put them on notice. These people have no business sense whatsoever. They are a small local business who is risking their reputation for $100. I have also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. This is not a way to run a business.
