But he said it "should be ok" since I've been driving it since then. He failed to mention that the test "not working" results in a fail, and that I'd lose the $30 fee and have to get it re-tested (I would have waited if I'd known). Upset at not having been warned of this, I complained to both the guy at the front desk, and later to the manager. Both were completely unsympathetic, and took a "not our problem" attitude. Even the head-office for Oil Changers only delegated responsibility, saying that the franchise is independently owned, and that I have to deal with them. Be warned! This location does not care about you. They will do the bare minimum, and shirk responsibility if anything goes wrong as a result of their failure to provide you with essential information.

Bruce did everything the proper way, and does not take any shortcuts. I watched as he did his work. He even trimmed the panel which fits underneath the bumper, though the instructions say that the panel will not fit with a trailer hitch. Bruce made it fit, and it looks really good. The wiring was properly done. The whole job took less than 90 minutes, but only because he is a professional who knows exactly what he's doing. He charged less than the comparable job would cost at U-Haul. Very happy with the results.

Were well taken care of by Ahmad who took the time to educate us and answer all of our questions when we came by to inquire about a hitch and bike rack for our car. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable, he made sure we were making the right choice for our bikes and our vehicle plus gave us a very competitive quote. Very relaxed no pressure atmosphere in the store with lots of great products on display. In a few days our hitch and bike rack were installed while we waited. After installation, Ahmad and the installer showed us the features of the bike rack as well as how to insert/remove it safely to/from the hitch. Ahmad insisted we were not to leave until completely satisfied and all of our questions answered. He encouraged us to contact him with any questions or concerns after leaving the store. We left feeling at ease with an increased knowledge base and confidence in the products as well as our ability to use them. Hitch and bike rack are great...so easy to set up, load, unload, and take down. We are enjoying them very much! We will return to Hitch City Scarborough for all of our future business. Thank you!

I had recently switched to a new insurer when a windshield repair under my old policy failed and a crack formed on my windshield. While the office itself was spartan, Advantage had all the essential features including a quiet waiting area, card payment systems, quick repair time, OEM and alternative options, and post-repair support (I had questions after the fact and they were able to help me out). I'll be going back to advantage next time I have to make any repair to my windshield, especially if it's under insurance: they deserve the business. Thanks for being there for me.
