Always good to stop in and see what they have. I picked up two basically new toasters when a hotel was upgrading and donated them.

Okay, so this is like walking through someones house during an indoor garage sale. Though, I have…read morebeen through some where it showed that the people actually cared if their stuff sold or not. I don't know what is so helpful about this place, because it actually wasn't. THERE ARE NO PRICES ON ANYTHING! Other than a couple pieces of furniture. There is a dry erase board when you first walk in that says that they will deliver any furniture item for $25, that there are no returns and all sales are final. All sales are final? I guess that would depend on the persons mood on that day, if you get a good sale or not. I don't like places like this, that doesn't have prices or anything set on any of the actual items, because then you don't know if your looks are taken into consideration in the price. Don't walk in with a Louis Vuitton or a Coach bag in tow, while on your smart phone, after having parked your prius, because you might be paying more than you had hoped for. Though if you have a good size chest on you, you might find yourself walking out of here without paying a thing; I DON'T KNOW, SO DONT QUOTE ME ON THAT. But these are the things I think of when you go to a place without prices. I was scared to even think of bartering with the guy as it was, because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. On top of that, nothing looked clean or taken care of. I was happy to see that they had things somewhat organized. All the cups were in one area, plates and bowls as well; nick-nacks in another, as were games and plastics (?) It a decent sized place. I think they would be doing better if they were a little bit more choosy about their furniture, because there was a whole lot of it, worth a whole lot of nothing. But when you live in a small town, far away from everything, you might be so desperate to buy something here that you could have easily found on the side of the street in Portland. If they cleaned everything up, labled it, priced it clearly, offered hand baskets, and took in a little (not a lot) more quality stuff, they would be finding themselves opening the register more, and would probably be worth more of their time and money turning on the lights in a place that is actually selling stuff. I look forward to coming back in when things get fixed up more. But in the mean time, me thinks not.
