By far the worst hair experience I have ever had in my entire life! Evelyn was the cosmetologist…read morethat originally cut my hair and hair dyed. I asked for an even cut with long layers, but for bottom of my hair to be even straight line cut. Not only did she cut off more inches in hair than I asked her to, but also my cut was uneven all the way around! In addition to this, I asked for black hair dye to cover my gray hairs and she managed to mess this up as well! My scalp had black hair dye patches and streaks all throughout my head and in addition, she missed a lot of my gray hair because she didn't use a hair brush to dye the roots( she used her hands in gloves)! So I now have an uneven cut, with gray hair and black patches on my scalp and my hair is more shorter than it was supposed to be! Before I left, Heidi could tell that her sister (Evelyn ) messed my hair up. She attempted to "fix" it but it still was uneven. But wait it gets worse. I told Evelyn I had to leave ( I was planning my son's bday and preparing for my dad's funeral and had too much going on and anxiety at this point, so I asked if they could fix when I get back in town. Evelyn said yes. I paid and I tipped despite being upset and disappointed .) So I tried to give grace. The day that I come back in to get it "fixed" AKA cut more of my hair off to make the cut even at the bottom (as this is the only way to fix ) Heidi had a customer and was embarrassed that her customer heard me talk to Heidi about how they messed up my hair and I am upset that it would have to be cut even shorter, but that was the only way to fix the uneven cut. So Heidi decided to blatantly lie and say that I cut my own hair and refused to take accountability in front of her client! I was absolutely shocked because it was a flat out lie,unprofessional, and all in attempt to protect her reputation. At this point, I felt extremely uncomfortable and I just asked to get my money back, and I would just take the loss of my hair being messed up and go somewhere else to get it fixed. When I asked to get my money back, Evelyn (the sister who originally cut my hair) , pulled her phone out and started recording me. As a customer , I felt extremely offended , and I had never seen such blatant lies and unprofessionalism. Then Evelyn decided to make a statement saying that I never even paid for my service , but then Heidi stopped her from talking. I was completely taken aback as Evelyn is the person I paid directly! It took them 45 minutes to give my money back. (Mind you, I got my hair cut on 8/28/26 and I messaged Heidi on 9/5/26 after I got back in town for her to fix it as I told her I did not trust Evelyn back in my hair. ) I tried to give grace, but after lying on me, messing up my real natural hair, and humiliating me and ganging up on me, I am reporting a complaint on their licenses and leaving detailed reviews on these platforms. There were a few bad experiences I had here that I turned a blind eye to because I try to give grace as much as possible. Example: another time before this final straw I scheduled an appointment with Heidi, and when I walked into my appointment, she had three people sitting in chair chairs, so she quadruple booked us! At this appointment, I just left and told her I would reschedule. I would give this business zero stars if I could. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. THEN the woman charged him $100 and didn't even apply rolls to the back bottom side of his head which could definitely fit into at least the smallest rolls. not only was he overcharged, but the back of his head is still straight along with some obvious spots on the top. surely she wouldn't be satisfied if her son or husband came home and saw a half ass job be done on him. The vibe was immediately off when she upcharged him and claimed only the top of his head was $90 so why charge $100? She proceeded to charge $100 and pretty much only did the top. never going back in my lifetime unless they intend to apologize and finish the job he paid for. I am confident the staff remembers which customer this was as they were also rude, condescending and dismissive towards him.

Unfortunately, this is still the most disappointing $150 I've ever spent on a haircut. Almost a year later, no one from the salon reached out to apologize or offer to make things right. I don't know the stylist's name, but she had light-colored curly hair and wore glasses. The photos speak for themselves. I know the salon has many positive reviews, so I hope my experience was an exception, but I wanted to share it honestly so others can make an informed decision before booking.
