We found them on Groupon and figured it was worth it to try them as we needed our condo cleaned before our wedding and we figured we'd treat ourselves. They were pretty flexible with booking but that's where it ended. They texted me to let me know that they were going to be late so I had to let me husband know as I was at work and that altered his schedule for the day. They did an okay job cleaning but didn't do anything spectacular and did not do the windows or blinds or anything like that. It's not like they ran out of time, they were done over a half hour early and our condo is less than 1,000 square feet. Fast forward to a day later and I went to get my baby blue rayban sunglasses and they were missing. It's not like they could have confused them for theirs, the sunglasses were very specific. I tore my house apart thinking maybe I put them somewhere else besides where I put them everyday but they were gone. Also, the Michael Kors tie I bought for my husband as part of his wedding present was also missing. I tried calling them as soon as I noticed but no one answered or called back. A tried calling a couple of times after that but with the same results. As you would guess, I never used this company again and have found a different cleaning company to use. I make sure to tell everyone I speak with not to use them either. Still angry a year and a half later.

Once I came back after cleaning was done bathroom was still dirty and it seemed like he just surfaced cleaned areas and didn't move rugs or to sweep or mop. This is my first time using them and definitely would not have them back. Update photo added: I left money while I ran errands and came back to see the end result. I had to clean since it was Mother's Day and was expecting company. I don't think a company should penalize you for doing so when there cleaner didn't do a proper job.

Awful experience with this company. First they didn't book the appointment after we called. When we…read morechecked in to follow up they said "it was a miscommunication" and that the time we initially requested was no longer available. Then they showed up almost 40 minutes late to our house for a deep cleaning which we were told would take 4 hours. My wife and I left to run errands. When we returned 2 hours after they started the two women were packing up to leave, and drove off in their cars as we pulled into the driveway. When we entered the house, it was no cleaner than when we left. There were crumbs in the main walkway of the kitchen, finger prints on every mirror, and scum in the shower. There was no sign that they cleaned anything. They didn't even move object around on surfaces like the kitchen island or entertainment center to make an attempt at cleaning. When I called jay to complain, he made it seem like it was my fault for not understanding the services. When I spoke to the owner he threatened to take me to small claims court if i refused to pay. The cleaners did not even do the most basic of cleaning services. He argued that I needed to at least pay them for their time. My point was I should not be responsible to pay his employees for THEIR time if they didn't do the service hired to perform. They did offer to reclean the house at no cost to me, but I would never let this company enter my house again In response to comment- prior to the cleaning we were specifically instructed not to give payment to the women performing the cleaning. The supervisor, Josh was scheduled to arrive at our house after the cleaning to collect payment. When we arrived home we did call and spoke to Jay on the phone who was very confrontational telling me I was incorrect about the expectations of the cleanings and that Josh the supervisor would come to my house to address the concerns. When josh arrives he did agree the cleaning was subpar. While josh was in my home the woman who performed the cleaning barged into my house without knocking and very aggressively yelled at me asking "what didn't she clean" I then told her to leave my home because I did not want her in my home with that level of anger. I did state she didn't have any paperwork, meaning badge, company shirt, or anything stating that she was a professional cleaner, in no way indicating anything regarding her immigration status. Josh handled the situation very professionally and did the best he could to settle the situation, which was appreciated.

I found this much more professional over those that gave me a quote over the phone just based on square feet and number of rooms but not a firm price. He gave me a fair quote and said he would come with 5 people and would take 7 hours. I inherited the house after my mother passed away and it needed quite a bit of cleaning. My real estate broker met the crew as I was not able to be present. The crew came on time and finished as promised. The broker raved about the job done! She said they even moved the oven to thoroughly clean the place. The price quoted was what I paid. Gerardo kept in touch all along and was quick to reply to queries. I would heartily recommend him. Just be aware that credit cards are not accepted but Zelle or Venmo works, as well as checks (if one can be present).

Every time they came they used my granite/marble cleaning products (even requested that I replenish items) and used paper towels, etc. 2. The woman that was in charge and agreed to biweekly payment was fired sometime later. 3. There was damage to wood around my bed. I reported it but decided not to do anything about it. I colored it in with a black sharpie. See pic. 4. There was damage to my wallpaper. I reported it but I decided not to do anything about it I fixed it myself with crazy glue. Cannot find original pic but you can still see damage to wallpaper after I tried fixing it. See pic. 5. There was damage to a stainless steel part on my Wolf stove. See pic. When this occurred and I reported it, same day two women showed up at my front door without giving me notice. Once they came inside they challenged me saying that they did not do it. I had to defend myself and explain that I would never blame them for anything they did not do. This was very invasive and uncalled for. In the end they paid for item after basically harassing me. 6. When I couldn't accommodate them coming on Black Friday because I was going to be away, I requested for them to reschedule to the following Monday instead. The owner Lee became very aggressive in her texts and started complaining about the amount I pay in exclamation points as if I were underpaying her. The amount was agreed on with her previous coworker this was shocking to me. This is when I informed her that the quality of their work has diminished and that she should come with her team as scheduled to discuss everything and if it did not work out we would consider termination of contract. THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. 7. The last time at my home they also did damage to my wall next to an outlet. I did not even bother reporting this, as it was their last time at my home. See pic. I hope this helps anybody who wants to work with this company.
