The third time we tried to use her service, she made many promises to come and then never showed up. I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I was very sad to see their service, I wanted to help my mom clean our house but I am looking for someone else now. She is cheaper than other places but be ready for bad customer service.

When we returned 2 hours after they started the two women were packing up to leave, and drove off in their cars as we pulled into the driveway. When we entered the house, it was no cleaner than when we left. There were crumbs in the main walkway of the kitchen, finger prints on every mirror, and scum in the shower. There was no sign that they cleaned anything. They didn't even move object around on surfaces like the kitchen island or entertainment center to make an attempt at cleaning. When I called jay to complain, he made it seem like it was my fault for not understanding the services. When I spoke to the owner he threatened to take me to small claims court if i refused to pay. The cleaners did not even do the most basic of cleaning services. He argued that I needed to at least pay them for their time. My point was I should not be responsible to pay his employees for THEIR time if they didn't do the service hired to perform. They did offer to reclean the house at no cost to me, but I would never let this company enter my house again In response to comment- prior to the cleaning we were specifically instructed not to give payment to the women performing the cleaning. The supervisor, Josh was scheduled to arrive at our house after the cleaning to collect payment. When we arrived home we did call and spoke to Jay on the phone who was very confrontational telling me I was incorrect about the expectations of the cleanings and that Josh the supervisor would come to my house to address the concerns. When josh arrives he did agree the cleaning was subpar. While josh was in my home the woman who performed the cleaning barged into my house without knocking and very aggressively yelled at me asking "what didn't she clean" I then told her to leave my home because I did not want her in my home with that level of anger. I did state she didn't have any paperwork, meaning badge, company shirt, or anything stating that she was a professional cleaner, in no way indicating anything regarding her immigration status. Josh handled the situation very professionally and did the best he could to settle the situation, which was appreciated.
