HORRIBLE customer service! I was only customer in the place. One employee sitting at a table on her cellphone, but saw me enter. Stood at counter waiting for help. Another employee doing something in back and didn't respond to requests to place an order. Looked at other employee 15 feet away, ignoring me. Walked out and ordered our family meal elsewhere. If they prepare food with the same attitude we witnessed, you wouldn't want to eat there. Being the only customer in an empty store was our first warning. We will not return. read more

Was excited to try this new restaurant but must say that I was less than impressed. Very clean restaurant and nice staff but the food was just ok. The chicken was either old or over cooked and very dry. The vegetables tasted and looked like they were canned and just heated in a warmer. Everything was just scooped out of a warmer dish and then had a watered down teriyaki sauce poured over it. Doubt we will be back. read more

Not bad for a quick bite. It is rice meat and veggies. The rice have the option of brown or white. Meats are beef, chicken, or tofu. Chicken was good and tofu was really good crispy but not greasy. The vegetables were a little lacking seemed like frozen vegetables (carrots and cauliflower) broccoli tasted fresher. The sauces are good and you get to pick your own which was nice. read more

First time here, early lunch 11am on a wed. Very simple menu. But you have to have great stuff to bring me back. Ordered the combo (grilled chicken and grilled beef) bowl $12 and a order of 12 dumplings $10. No wait and food came out fast. Proteins were ok nothing special. Good char from the grill. Rice was just a hair better than min-rice and the vegetables were as bad as the lunch counter at my old elementary school. Frozen carrots/cauliflower/broccoli microwaved mush. Dumplings: I expected pan fried or steamed. These are deep fried. All crunch American carnival food. No thanks and they pass them off as "Goyza". Ha. You goyza some where else and save some money. read more

I came in and I am currently eating low carb. I specifically asked for only the half portion of rice. The girl at the counter showed me a plastic bowl and a line in it to show a full portion. There was actually 2x the amount that she showed me as a full portion. Obviously staff needs better communication between members. case in point no one knew wifi password. The 2 stars are for a very basic Teriyaki Chicken bowl absurdly priced at $9.99....so a big fat ZERO stars for value. The small plastic bowl was a tad over 1" deep, the veggies were last fresh prior to being frozen and bagged at some facility...maybe Birdseye, I don't know. Maybe my expectations were set a little high for a new place. The place was clean, wasnt crowded so no lines. I had a combo plate the meat was overcooked, the chicken was dry, the rice was undercooked. I'm going to give it another try in a few days to see if maybe it was a bad day. read more

I've been to this place a bunch of times since they opened and loved this place until today. We ordered today what I usually order, which is a regular combo with veggies no rice. It was awesome and used to have a good portion and even better with extra meat. Well today, I had to go back because not only did I not get the combo but I was shocked when I saw the portion size. It is a drastic difference from what it used to be. When I went back I found out that they changed their portion sizes to scoops rather than how they did it before. I understand the need to improve your business and profits, but this is just too much of a difference and not worth the price at all. Plus it is a deceiving tactic that was not necessary. Instead of increasing profits which I'm sure the goal was you are decreasing profits by losing customers. You've definitely lost my business going forward and I'm sure if a former loyal customer like myself was able to see what was done and disgusted by it there are others. It's really too bad! If you decide to go back to business as it was before I may give it another try. It would've been better to just increase pricing a little at a time rather than trying to deceive customers. read more

We started going to the Greeley location at least once a week, before they changed their name, and always bought the Chicken Teriyaki, which was delicious, priced right, and gave decent portions. Then they changed everything, shrunk the portions, and raised the prices! We stopped going for over a year, and finally went back to check things out last night at the Johnstown location, and discovered they raised the prices and shrunk portions AGAIN. Not only that, but the rice and vegetables tasted mooshie. So, we got a big bowl of mooshie rice with a little bit of chicken and a few pieces of overcooked vegetables. We will not return. A new Teriyaki Madness restaurant is opening soon in Firestone, right off 1-25, and we will try that and hope that eatery fares better. read more
