Mikaela quickly made us feel confident, understood, and genuinely involved in the process. She has a rare combination of artistic talent, technical expertise, and genuine warmth. Her background in landscape architecture was evident in how thoughtfully she considered the mural's scale, composition, setting, and overall experience--not simply how it would look in isolation. At the same time, she never lost sight of the personal meaning behind it. She listened closely and transformed our ideas into something completely original and unmistakably ours. It took them almost 2 months to fix this and took almost a month for my signage. They kept on telling me that they would come and either take down my sign or put it up, but kept on pushing it back. But never notified me I had to call or email on the status. After sending them an email that I was on the point of being Angry, I finally got my door sign fixed. I did not want anything else from them as it would have been more frustrating than worth my time. I will NEVER do business with them in my entire career.
