Planning a joint birthday party for 3 three year old kiddos in the middle of summer, I knew I wanted to find the perfect cold treat to keep everyone happy. I am SO SO happy that I stumbled upon HipPops when I did. I filled out the form and immediately heard from Asi. He was incredibly kind, and even talked me down from hiring the full truck as he knew the kids would have more fun being able to watch them serve the ice cream at eye level. The whole process was smooth and easy. On party day, I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel. Talk about a personality! He totally made the party. The pops here are amazing!!! Holy smokes, I can not describe how fresh the strawberry, mango, the passion fruit, and the chocolate mint were!! I dipped my strawberry in white chocolate and the mango and passion fruit in dark chocolate... for the Mint chocolate I dipped this in dark chocolate. Goodness, I was a bit hesitant at first because I typically do not like mint chocolate ice cream because of a taste of mouthwash HOWEVER this pop literally tasted like a Girl Scout cookie!!! We have around 80 employees and just did the table set-up and it was more than enough (someone even did the math and 108 different variations could have been made).
