We had a HipPOPs table for a recent event (with about 60 people) and it was absolutely the highlight of our party! Shilo was our Pop server and was fabulous - very energetic, helpful and professional. The pops were sooo delicious and made to order for each of our guests, with multiple options available for people to choose from. Overall a very positive experience, and we would definitely have them again for future special events.

We had HipPOPs out at our property this week and WOW -- we are still talking about how amazing they were! Their gelato bars are ridiculously good (so many flavors, all super creamy and fresh), but what really blew us away was the service. Asi went above and beyond -- when another food truck backed out last minute, they took it upon themselves to call around and actually found and booked a replacement for us. Like... who does that?? Total lifesaver. Their food truck is clean cut and super cute! They dip the ice cream right in front of you with such finesse and the crew is super nice and knowledgeable! To say they came prepared is an understatement. 10/10 for service , for quality, and for anything else that's left to rate The whole team was so kind, professional, and just easy to work with. You can tell they care about what they do and about the people they're serving. We're over the moon and already planning when we can have them back!

Super cute idea with perfect execution. This pace has the best gelato with customizable toppings. We were at an event where this was served and a bunch of tried a few different. We went with their chocolate and vanilla bases, both plain and with dips. Alone they are great, with dips they are next level. Some of out favorite were either a choc or vanilla base with the chocolate dip with oreos, sprinkles, hazelnuts or almonds. They also had sorbet bars which were super fresh and refershing. The guy running the truck was super friendly and patient with us indecisive people. So many options!!!!!

The Hip Pops food truck stopped by my neighborhood block party and served their delicious pops for a few hours. This was such a great surprise treat. I got the pistachio one which had a subtle pistachio flavor and the chocolate part was not overly sweet chocolate which I really enjoyed. My husband enjoyed his Almond Joy version of his pop. These are gelato pops not ice cream which makes them unique and firm, so they didn't melt right away while trying to eat them.

Our office building had a pop up event featuring the HipPops. I had never heard of them before but found the name super fitting. The person handing out the pops was super friendly and charismatic. Making jokes and conversations with every person that stopped by. Hip Pops has numerous combinations of pops, dips and toppings to customize your gelato to fit your style. Because it was an office pop event there were limited options but still plenty of choices. I picked the cappuccino gelato dipped in milk chocolate and covered in almonds. The gelato was creamy. Although for the cappuccino I would have liked a stronger coffee flavor. The chocolate was heavenly and just the right amount of sweetness. I love that they used good size chunks of almonds. I will really want them to come to our own office and do a pop up event just to try some more flavors.

We hired HipPOPs for an employee appreciation event and they exceeded expectations. A pleasure to work with from start to finish and amazing gelato!!!!

Our office building treated us to HipPOPs yesterday and what a delicious treat they were! I enjoyed the Oreo dipped in milk chocolate with Oreo crumbles. They had so many flavors and I can't wait to try a new combination next time.

HipPOPs customer service and gelato are both outstanding! They were able to accommodate our short notice request and the POPtruck crew efficiently served up 170+ gelato pops at our employee event. Excellent communication and friendly staff. We would love to have them back for another event!

Planning a joint birthday party for 3 three year old kiddos in the middle of summer, I knew I wanted to find the perfect cold treat to keep everyone happy. I am SO SO happy that I stumbled upon HipPops when I did. I filled out the form and immediately heard from Asi. He was incredibly kind, and even talked me down from hiring the full truck as he knew the kids would have more fun being able to watch them serve the ice cream at eye level. The whole process was smooth and easy. On party day, I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel. Talk about a personality! He totally made the party. I guess you could say he was "the cherry on top" ;) Truly went above and beyond. As the line slowed down, he knew I still had ice cream left and went around encouraging guests to try additional flavors. I cannot wait for the opportunity to book this team again. Super fun food truck. We had this at our kids school and they had such a good time. The gelato, sorbet, toppings....everything was top notch. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed having them there. The only challenge we had was that there we some pre-orders missing and that line did not go as fast as we had hoped. read more

Amazing! The staff was so helpful- I have tried to track down the truck but chose to go to the shop instead and they were so helpful and welcoming. Super quick service- I ordered at the door and they brought the pop out to me within 3 minutes. Delicious pop too. I got raspberry dipped in white chocolate with caramelized hazelnuts. We used Denver HipPOPs for our Leadership Retreat in Vail and it was a huge success! The driver showed up plenty early, set up was smooth and our guests loved the midday snack surprise. The gelato bars are delicious, creative and a huge hit. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any Corporate event, wedding dessert bar or other function. The pops here are amazing!!! Holy smokes, I can not describe how fresh the strawberry, mango, the passion fruit, and the chocolate mint were!! I dipped my strawberry in white chocolate and the mango and passion fruit in dark chocolate... for the Mint chocolate I dipped this in dark chocolate. Goodness, I was a bit hesitant at first because I typically do not like mint chocolate ice cream because of a taste of mouthwash HOWEVER this pop literally tasted like a Girl Scout cookie!!! SOOO FRESH, SOOO CLEAN. I could taste the quality and fresh ingredients in every single pop. Everyone enjoyed them, I will be sure to be back soon! These guys are amazing! They have so many different combinations, you are sure to find something for even the pickiest of people! I had the salted caramel pop with milk chocolate dip and pretzel topping! Amazing! The gelato is nice and creamy and smooth and the belgian chocolate is the right amount of sweetness! Another person in my group got the raspberry lychee sorbet pop and was surprised and pleased that the raspberry didn't overpower the delicate lychee flavor. We had HipPOPs Denver for an employee appreciation event and it was amazing! We have around 80 employees and just did the table set-up and it was more than enough (someone even did the math and 108 different variations could have been made). So many options to choose from and it was really fun being able to watch them create our individualized gelato bars. 10/10 recommend for any type of event, any age group of people and any dietary restrictions. We have had HipPOPs at two company functions now and I can not praise them enough. First of all the gelato is outstanding. Second, the staff that work the truck are simply wonderful. The enthusiasm they show for their product is contagious; and they are so helpful and patient. Daniel was awesome! The HipPops truck visits my neighborhood quite often and my family and I have thoroughly enjoyed the pops each and every time. Although very flavorful and unique, I will say that they are a little expensive. With that being said, they do offer a baby pop which is smaller and less expensive for kiddos. The mint chocolate chip pop dipped in milk chocolate and Oreos is my favorite and the pineapple pop drizzled with chocolate is very tasty as well! During COVID times, I do wish the employees kept their masks on properly while serving customers, but that is my personal preference. read more

I would say that the icecream here is good, not great but maybe that's just because my all time favorite local icecream chain has a location just down the street.

no but like we're OBSESSED…read more my friends and i are always on the hunt for the next sweet treat. we were sitting on the couch and GSTC popped up on my feed. we immediately got in the car and made the trip. this shop is tucked away right off downing with plenty of street parking and seating outside. they sell ice cream in two sizes, mini, or pint. there are standard flavors and seasonal flavors. they also have a wide variety of brownie/blondie cups, cake cups which are essentially mini ice cream cakes, ice cream cake pops, popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, etc. the hardest part was choosing what to get because EVERYTHING looks delightful. we ended up ordering a bunch of minis to share. avalanche affogato - one of the best coffee ice creams i have ever tasted. fabulous texture. bristle cone - malted vanilla, salted caramel, candied waffle cone pieces, chocolate chips. yum! lemon curd raspberry - lemon curd ice cream with raspberry jam. this was SO refreshing but still rich like ice cream should be. need more of this. smoked vanilla honeycomb - smoked ice cream with golden honey toffee. it's like perfectly crunchy honeycomb and melty toffee went to a campfire. my personal fave. cannoli - self explanatory. pieces of cannoli / chocolate chips. well done. and then we also got a caramel cornflake blondie. we waited until we got home so that the blondie softened up a little. it was a blondie base, caramel ice cream, caramel syrup, crunchy cornflakes, and whipped cream. i will probably dream about this sundae tonight. we did not have a single bite of ice cream that we weren't absolutely thrilled about. finally a place that mixes in enough toppings!! amazing flavors. amazing textures. amazing service. we will absolutely be making the drive down again soon. mainly because i NEED to try every flavor. i didn't find the pricing to be bad for the quality either! minis were $4.50 and loaded. heads up that it is not a scoop shop and they don't do samples. everything is pre-packaged. only one small standing table inside. super tiny tables out front + large table setup out back. what a treat this was.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Hip Pop in Longmont. I paid $12 for what was advertised as a milkshake, but what I received was essentially a cup of milk--thin, flavorless, and nothing close to a milkshake. I ended up throwing the entire thing away, which is frustrating given the price. What made the experience worse was the change in demeanor from the worker after the tipping prompt. Tipping was not required at this food hall, and this was counter service, not wait staff. After I tipped $2.00, he verbally complained under his breath and slid the "milkshake" across the counter. The interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I've had Hip Pop's gelato pops in the past from their food truck and enjoyed them, which made this visit even more disappointing. Overall, this felt like a complete waste of money and makes it hard to want to return. read more
