This time, it was pricey for what I had done and my carpet was soaking wet still an hour later with 2 fans running over the larger area. It was $169.00 with tax. That didn't include a tip and I always try to do that for a service, so I tipped separately. They cleaned the stairs (15) and an upstairs living area of mainly the open area and the walkways leading to that area. There was furniture in the room and they cleaned around it. After about an hour with the fans on and AC lowered to help dry, I got my wet/dry vac and sucked out more water/moisture and then got out the super big fan. In all, I had 4 fans running over the areas all night and they are finally drying. The carpet is older but still, it shouldn't have been soppy wet like that. Not sure if I will use them again. May need to find a different cleaning method with less water.

One employee was very hostile and extremely rude towards me when I was just asking questions about getting a repair estimate for my claims adjuster to see what needed to be paid. I also was told that a bill was overdue when it literally came to me the day before. The charges were outrageous for pack out materials. I feel like I made a poor decision choosing them. If customer service employees in accounts receivable (one employee in particular) were not bullying and hostile and the various departments actually communicated, I wouldn't have regretted my decision to use them. What followed was an extremely frustrating experience involving a lack of pricing transparency, damage to original 1953 bathroom tile, and thousands of dollars in disputed charges. When I asked how much their services would cost, I was told they "only work with insurance." Rather than providing a clear upfront estimate, they proceeded with work that ultimately resulted in an initial bill of $7,594.04. Using insurance as an explanation for not providing pricing information is deeply misleading, particularly when the homeowner could ultimately be responsible for the charges. We stopped the work before AWD completed its proposed mitigation. After months of correspondence and multiple billing revisions, AWD reduced its demand to $4,472.02. We continued to dispute the charges and raised concerns about the scope of work, the lack of upfront pricing, and the circumstances surrounding authorization. Do not allow this company to begin work without first obtaining a written, itemized estimate and scope of work, regardless of what you're told about insurance. Record every conversation with its employees, and insist on understanding what work is necessary, how the water source is identified, and what you could personally owe.

We were more than pleased because we saved thousands by not having to replace our tile and stone. We have porcelain tile, Saltillo Mexican Pavers, and travertine stone. They recolored the grout on the porcelain tile and it looks like new. It is a pleasure to work with a company who does what they say they will do, and do it on time for the promised price. We really appreciated that they do their work by hand so there was no damage to the floor or surrounding surfaces.

This will be a bit of an extensive write up so if you don't want to read; Overall Daniel did…read moreamazing work, would absolutely hire him again to do more jobs! The project I had done started a couple months back when I was researching pricing on having concrete poured from the back to the front yard, with a pad to store my garbage cans and any other items on the side of the house, as well as stone edging that matched the front of the house to go along the perimeter of the sidewalk. I had an estimated range of pricing I would be happy with for the amount of concrete and the overall scope of work to be done. Several contractors came out to give me quotes but Daniel was the only one who showed up at the time we had scheduled, which is very much appreciated. We talked about the scope of work, materials required and the timeframe for getting everything done. The pricing for the project was within the range I had researched before so I decided to go ahead and sign on with Daniel for the job. The concrete pour was a single day job. Daniel and his crew showed up in the morning to get all the prep work done and were very accommodating to some of the minor changes that I wanted to implement to the final design. Once that was done it was time to pour, which went about as smoothly as it could've gone. Finally we got the materials required to have the stonework done for the edging on the sidewalk. The materials were delivered to the house the day before and Daniel was again on time the next day to get the project done. We again talked about a couple minor changes to the final design (part of which was suggested by one of his crew) and this was another single day job. Daniel was able to come by the house and clean up everything from the project before I started getting issues from my lovely HOA. Again, overall Daniel did an amazing job, I'm particular about the work done on my house and he was very accommodating with any changes or issues I had.
