Kaisa the owner makes it a welcoming, motivating and fun time to come and grind it out every time. HIIT group classes with multiple stations consisting of 4-5 movements/reps that you try to do as many times as possible. There may be some more arm or leg work than the other on some days, but it's always a go-hard full body workout. Warmup typically includes some running outside down the front of the other studios in the complex, but there are stationary bikes for anyone who doesn't want to run. I love that they make time for abs, a cool down and stretching at the end. My main classes are: Tune Up - a different HIIT workout every time, multiple tools and equipment Supercharge - a combination of HIIT and kickboxing The Racetrack - 9-10 different stations ("miles") of HIIT They have boxing gloves for rental, and of course bring your own if you have, since you'll need them for Supercharge and Burn Out (mainly kickboxing). My only qualm is boxing on the movable bags; they tend to inch away from you after each punch, so you have to either punch from the opposite side or drag the bag back. They are always changing their workout formats so it's worth checking the schedule and seeing what's happening; I think Kaisa is adding a yoga class on Sundays. As she said, there should be something for everyone here!

I'm currently training for the Deka Atlas event coming up, and I'm thrilled that Sakz Fit will soon be hosting Deka events themselves, which is a game changer for local athletes. The gym also offers plenty of parking, which is a huge plus in Miami, and after workouts, you can enjoy refreshing Fit Aid drinks and plenty of spots to relax for recovery. If you want a comprehensive training experience that covers everything in a supportive and well equipped environment, Sakz Fit is the place to be. Highly recommend!

When I started I was going to orange theory inconsistently but wasn't doing much else and was really out of shape. I met with the owner Eric who helped me pick out which plan worked best for me and gave me a nutritional and supplemental plan as well. I joined mid November and it is now March and I have had so much progress which I attribute mostly to my amazing trainer Cambrya and the team at Era Fit, I was able to lose close to 20 pounds in this time frame and I feel stronger and overall better. I feel like they helped me achieve my results the right way, by being consistent and cleaning up my diet. They have also greatly impacted how regimented I am now, this has helped me tune up my sleeping schedule as well and that was a battle on its own so I am very thankful. And naturally my self confidence and mood has improved. It's a total win win. Cambrya, by the way, was the perfect coach for me, Eric paired me up with her from the beginning and I feel as though she pushes me and is an incredible motivator. She knows what she's doing. Everyone on the team is great as well the other coaches will see you and greet you and they always cheer you on when you're working out which is always so nice. I definitely recommend them if you're looking to get your groove back and then some
