I would seriously recommend thinking twice before going here, especially if you need anything more complicated than basic lenses. Maybe they do a better job with simple glasses, but my experience with progressive/Transitions lenses has been very disappointing.

From my own observation it appears that some sales representatives (they may have a fancy name but let's be honest, their primary role is to close sales of frames and lens) may be a bit ATTITUDINAL. So it's critical that you connect with a person that is a good fit for you. I was fortunate to connect with DAVID COSTA, and after several visits to the store and discussions on the phone, I am appreciative that we connected. David is a consummate professional. He knows the technical aspects of fitting someone for lens, and exudes confidence when he "marks" lens for the proper placement on your eyes/ face. Most importantly, his attitude was a great fit for me. He appreciated my unique sense of humor. Followed my endless chatter. And he was calm, patient and willing to spend as much time as needed to show me and my husband dozens of frames, respectfully. He is well spoken, clearly well educated, and a sharp dresser, without overdoing it. His vibe allowed us to select new frames and lens for each of us, replacement new lens in a pair of sunglasses, and new lens in my existing frame. A healthy sale, at least by my budget. The depth and quality of the frames is impressive. Many foreign designed and manufactured. A treat to look through them. Well I got a contact exam and now I call today the guy on the phone said yes you can order daily contacts and they are about $100 a box! I said okay he said I will call you back and he calls back to say oh you are blocked in our system you can't order contacts! So I sent my prescription to 1-800 contacts to order and they said nope you can't get daily's only weekly's! So I call back and a manger finally gets on the phone and acts like someone is lying about contacts and asks what samples did I get I said daily she then said I will call you back when I see what samples u actually got! Then why did the guy earlier offer me daily's to buy ?? So now I have a prescription I can't use! So I paid a ton of money for something I can't use lmao! Highly don't recommend! I was first met by Optician and Owner Jeff Bilfeld, we chatted about our similar backgrounds both being from NYC! He couldn't have been nicer! He told me they have an optician on site to do an eye exam and that they can have your new prescriptions ready same day and in an hour! Well all this sounded amazing and then I had my appointment! The optician I saw was so nice, the service was straight to the point! I left two pairs of glasses and had one more for them to do when I picked up my first two! When I saw what the price was for the three glasses done exactly how I wanted with all the "bells and whistles", I was blown away! One pair of my glasses couldn't be done for the price of the three back in NYC! I can't wait to go back and pick out another frame really soon! Jeff wears the most unique frames and we picked out ones by the same company he wears that we would like for my face! The person I spoke with, who appeared to be the doctor, repeatedly raised his voice, spoke over me, and would not allow me to explain my concern. Consider taking your money somewhere that values its customers and treats them with respect. Based on my experience, once the sale was made, customer service was no longer a priority.

Lauderdale, but could not successfully fill it at Costco after multiple prescriptions and tries at Costco. Not a clear focus and poor range of focus for reading. After some delay, I went to the VisionWorks at Glades and SR 7. I had a horrible experience with their ophthalmologist and after multiple tries with their optometrists, I could not get a pair of glasses that worked. Then in Decmeber 2018, I went to Boca Family Eye Care. What a wonderful experience! The staff did the pre-exam tests. Dr Rachael Nebb performed the eye exam. She was very patient and thorough. She understood my frustration with previous providers and she guaranteed a correct script. She delivered! Heather then assisted with the eye glass selection and fitting. The fit and acuity was perfect; however, after wearing them for about a month, I noticed that the glasses pinched my nose too much. At first a tech tried an adjustment to the frame area by the ears, but that did not help. When I went back again, Heather advised me that there are different frame styles for the nose area, and mine had a sharp edge, whereas an Asian design provides more flair and a flat area to rest on your nose. Since the issues affected my comfort, Heather was able to work out a no-charge swap thorough insurance! She worked with her suppliers to get about a dozen frames for me to try out. She patiently helped me pick the right frame that met my tastes and the needs of the progressive lens. Ten days later I got the new frames and lenses and they've been great!
