These people are a Godsend!! Give them a call, you'll see! In addition, everyone on staff is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to talk to. In these type of store sometime the inventory they're expecting does not come, it's not much they can do about that. It can happen at any small operation hair store. Chances are it was bogo free because the vendor was trying to get rid of the style. That would explain why they never got anymore in.

They reluctantly refunded her. My experience is that I went in to purchase a certain brand of weave hair. They were advertising a BOGO special. They ran out of the color and length that I wanted in the brand. They told me that they would have it in a week later. I came back 3 times and they didn't have it in. They asked for my contact information but never called. I went in a 4th time and was told that the vendor no longer sold the product I wanted. I asked for a different product, and the manager refused to give me a discount for my inconvenience. While discussing the manner, the Manager would tae a call and ignore me. An employee then told me that the product came in, but sold out. He lied to me. They were rude and made no attempt to assist me even though it was their fault. I do not recommend that anyone uses their shop.

Though their show room is full of…read moreHusqvarna equipment, they will most likely have (or definitely order) any part you might need for whichever mower you own. I have a Cub Cadet Zero Turn mower and I've never had any problem getting the parts I need for it through them. Most of the time they need to order the part for my particular mower, but they always have been able to get it the next day. When I've tried ordering something something myself online, I've had to wait several days to get it and the price is usually pretty close to what Walterboro Rental quoted me. Since my mower usually brakes down when half of my yard is mowed, (and can't stand leaving it like that for very long) I'll opt to getting the part quicker by ordering it with them.

I had them pick up my riding mower a week ago after stopping there in person hoping to buy a small…read moreitem that might help my problem. Two men there were very helpful and told me what they thought the problem was. I asked when they thought they would be able to look at it and get a part ordered. I had my owners manual which both men looked at and we discussed it being a Craftsman with a Kohler engine. This was on a Thursday. I was told probably the beginning of the week and then it would depend on how long it took to get the part in. The mechanic and one of the other men said once the part came in they could fix it in 25 minutes. They guesstimated they would probably be able to get it done by the end of the following week. They were too busy to pick it up then and would try to get it the next day. I called Friday morning and the p/u was squeezed in for which I was thankful. By then my grass was already high. I called the following Thursday (today) to get an update. NOW comes the problem. The woman answering the phone couldn't find my paperwork. After a few calls, she finally found it and said the problem was that I had told her it was a Husky. NOT TRUE. She went to the back and said they hadn't looked at it yet and that the mechanics were working on some commercial Huskys and couldn't do anything else until they were finished them. I was angry by then because she was pretty short and curt. I told her that a week ago the mechanic said they'd check it out probably Mon. or Tues, etc. She said "I was there as the counter during the conversation and they said they'd get to it as soon as they could." NOT TRUE. Then she said there were people from last week still ahead of me and they had to do the commercial work done first. She was getting very rude, never apologized for any misunderstanding, any errors, would not even guess when they could look at it to find out what part was needed, etc. I offered to order the part online and bring it in, and she said she'd call me back when a mechanic came up front because they had 2 men and they were both under lawn mowers. Then she said she had to hang up because she was there by herself and the phone was ringing. They have some very nice and good employees, however, she does not have the skills to deal with the public, and now I have a mower that I desperately need back and can't get any idea of how much longer it'll be until it can get checked out. I'm left up in the air and am not happy at all.

Fleet feet is a professional running shoe store and since I'm somewhat of a runner, I've visited…read moremany of their shops in different states. For those who might not know what professional shoes sales means, well it's no "Rack Room Shoes", not that it's a bad thing, rather for a focused audience. From a novice runner or a seasoned veteran, Fleet Feet is one of the most reputable stores for high-performance and specialized shoe sales in the greater Charleston/Summerville area. One thing I didn't know is that this is locally owned, not corporate like in TX, KS, MO and NC. That means, if you shop here, you're supporting local owners, which means a lot to me. FF offers an array of different brands and builds to help all sorts of runners with feet issues. For instance, my body isn't exactly a marathon build which means I need almost customized shoes. I have a wider foot and it pronates (rolls) to the inside along with falling arches. FF was able to take my input and offer several styles and brands which address the issue. Their staff are very well versed in what runners need and it's reassuring when a salesman pulls out 4 different shoes all with different functions. They helped find the exact pair which addresses my running and has allowed me to comfortably run without issues. I settled on the Asics GT 1400 GT which helped my feet after I broke them in along with my back and shins (plantar fasciitis is no joke so plan accordingly). Moreover, the staff also has accessories which any runner should consider. They carry several different running sticks to workout trigger points, foam rollers, go (energy for the go!), wicking socks, compression wear, electronics, etc. The staff isn't pushy but when asked they are very good about giving the customer exactly what they need. Finally, if you set up an appointment they can scan your feet for for the exact shoes you need and I believe they can even judge your gate to offer advice. That's doctor level assistance! I can't stress enough how valuable a reputable store Fleet Feet is and I highly encourage anything to give them a "looksie" and see what all products they have for you. If you're just starting up or a long-time runner, this store can help you achieve success. From my experience the staff will have a smile on their face helping you out along with chit chatting about upcoming races. A truly great customer experience with a staff that truly cares for you!

I've always bought a pair and hope they would work out. Today I went to fleet feet and I'm so glad I went! When I first got in, I got asked a couple of questions on what i was looking for, if I had any injuries etc and then I got my feet scanned. The running specialist was very informative and gave a thorough detail of both my feet which was super helpful. Afterwards, I went through several pairs of running shoes until I found a pair I liked! The nice part with fleet feet is that there is a 60 day return policy if you're not satisfied with the shoes selected. The downtown Fleet Feet was overall a good experience! The downsides are parking and limited shoe availability. There is no designated parking space. I took about two laps around until I could find a parking space relatively close by. Definitely will be back to check out their accessories and other shoes.
