I just told Haley I'd be back at 5:45. At 5:24 a text came through saying prescription ready. When I got to counter Haley helped me again and Jerome in arrogance stated see it didn't take that long. I informed him that I didn't need his smart ass comment, like he did earlier. He then proceeded to say that if I cussed at him one more time, he wouldn't send me the prescriptions and I would have to come back tomorrow morning. A lot of people come here for the shipping services up front, so sometimes can be a bit of a wait if they have trouble locating the person's package for instance. They sell a variety of phone accessories and a variety of seasonal items like scented hand sanitizer and hand creams. This store could use some TLC, carpets could use a cleaning or replacement but the staff is generally friendly and they are open 24 X 7.

Nothing! Long story short a second employee comes and doublecheck the box and all the surrounding boxes, still nothing and this time they both go to the back. One guy waiting behind me and about 12 or 13 minutes later one comes back and looks again in the circled area with a little more systematically and orderly approach, Nothing! I look up and in box number 71 at the top and at a distance I seem to recognize my last name on the first label sticking out and when one of them comes back I tell her to see if that is my prescription and LO AND BEHOLD it is my prescription! She comes to me with a surprise expression and when the other comes back she tells her "he found it"! Two stars because two people tried hard but ratgreens system sucks Three months from now I will take it to the competition for refills. I had taken my Grandmother to her primary care physician for alarming symptoms that could have potentially turned serious if not treated urgently. She was Prescribed an Antibiotic After several hours of waiting for her former Pharmacy, C** to obtain the prescription electronically I was told it would still take a couple hours to fill. At 5:30pm, C** called to inform me that the antibiotic she required, Cipro was out of stock. (Why they didn't tell me this from the get go is beyond me) Needless to say I was in panic mode! I called Daniel's Pharmacy around 5:45-5:50pm. I knew they closed at 6:30pm and this was probably a long shot but I was desperately trying to find the medication my Grandmother needed! (My Grandmother is almost 90yrs old). WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now. They took the basic info I provided and contacted her previous Pharmacy to retrieve the Rx along with her Insurance info. They had her Rx ready by 6:10pm. A Prescription filled that fast is usually unheard of, obviously not at Daniels though. WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now! As I have a particularly painful condition, I need my meds from a specific manufacturer. This last month a different pharmacist, Michael, claimed to be helping me. All he did was lie to me about the status of the meds, and what my doctor's office said. When I told him I called the manufacturer directly he was not happy and continued to lie about the situation. He then summarily dismissed me and told me they would no longer fill my perscription. He displayed no concern for my situation at all. Michael was rude and lacked professionalism. It's unfortunate as he will destroy the reputation of the pharmacy if he doesn't change his manner.
