But he asks questions, listens, recommends then educates you on the products. He's very honest and sincere, which is refreshing. Most definitely not what I was expecting when I met him for the first time back in 2019. But a big part of why I am still here is because of this young man. Back in the beginning of 2019 I was diagnosed with stage 4 blood cancer, my doctors had only given me a few months to live. I hadn't had very good experiences in the past with select vitamin stores. It always seemed like the employees just wanted to sell me anything. My view changed after meeting Timothy. He asked, listened, recommended & educated me on two products that I had never heard of before. He never once pressured me into buying but rather asked me to run it buy my doctors first. That was refreshing honestly. After talking with my doctors, they had heard of the products he recommended and said that it was used as added treatment in other countries such as the UK. I asked if it would hurt to try and my doctors said "No, not at all!" I have been taking these two products now for over two years now and I have been following Timothy to every store he has been transferred to as well. After his Central Ave store closed I lost contact with him. My husband and I started a 6 month search trying to find out what store he had taken over, but had been unsuccessful. On 7/19/21 my husband randomly out of the blue said "Lets stop by Trolley GNC!" I am glad we did, we were both pleasantly surprised to find Timothy behind the counter assisting another customer. I walked up to the cash wrap apologizing to the customer for interrupting & asking Timothy if I could hug him. He so kindly allowed me to. I hugged him tightly and said "Thank You!" He said "For What?" I said "I'm cancer free now and my doctors said a big part of it was Thanks to You!" My husband reaching out his hand to shake Timothy's. My husband who never trusted vitamin stores now has a different view. He Thanked Timothy, telling him that he has been married to me for 40 + years and he wasn't ready to lose his soulmate. An that now he wont. GNC you have a truly amazing young man working for you! You also have a customer for life! Thanks Again Timothy & God Bless!

While it's a nice clean store and small they just don't have enough products. I really wish they'd have stock in the back where they can just give you the item instead of waiting days. This is the improvement I feel this store needs.
