I don't understand why you guys waste my wife's time looking at project, then don't follow up. If the job is not big enough just tell us, don't waste our time. Wound up stumbling into Fox Home Center while checking out different places. Honestly, Fox Home Center is probably not the best place to go if you are looking for the cheapest option. But, if you want quality items and, at least from what I experienced, a near "one stop shop" with good customer service, I would recommend Fox Home Center. Mark was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was honest with me. The vanity I originally wanted, he explained, would not arrive in time for our project. So, he helped me find a great alternative. We wound up buying a "display" mirror for a significant discount and we love it. Mark made sure the display was not damaged (a real challenge as this was a big mirror) with shipping. Something that made me trust Mark- to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off, on my own, I went to manufacturer (Moen) website. Turns out Mark was offering me the Moen "sale price", the lowest price that Moen would give if you worked with them directly. That made me feel pretty good, as I had not even asked Mark to give me a discount. When I asked to ship all this stuff to my house, there was no problem or fee. He kept it all together for me at the store as each time arrived, making it easy to keep it together. All items arrived and installed as described. To really top off the good customer service - the Toliet we ordered wouldn't fit (not Mark fault, because Contractors didn't measure until end of project). But, Mark took the Toliet back without hesitation and gave me a full refund. I plan on purchasing from them again in the future, and I am happy to support a local business.

They have plenty of people working but only one old man who can help with anything related to doors. I bought 2 Larson storm doors and paid extra for a decorative handle that won't work. The Lock body set needed for this decorative handle is unavailable. Never received the screw trim strips that should have came with the door. Spoke to the owner once in June when order was so delayed. Paid in full at time of order by the way. Mike Laird the owner said call him anytime time with any other issues. I've now left him five messages with no return call. I have a beautiful new front door and a screen door that has no handles and no caps to cover installation screws. FOX Hone Center NOT RECOMMENDED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I hired Santana's Landscaping to install an underground sump pump discharge line, with the explicit…read moreagreement that the design would prevent any pooling water in my front yard. Unfortunately, the installation completely failed to meet that standard, and the customer service follow-up was non-existent. The discharge point they installed sits in a depression, meaning the water constantly overflows and sheets directly across the public sidewalk instead of draining properly. This created a slip hazard and left a permanent puddle in the yard. Because the water was left to sit stagnant, my grass is now dying and turning orange from iron bacteria. When I reached out to Daniel with photos of the flooding, he told me to 'wait 10 days' for the ground to drain. I waited the full timeframe, but the problem persisted. I reached out multiple times afterward to get a plan together to fix the grading or extend the line. Daniel completely stopped responding and abandoned the project. I am now having to hire a second landscaping company to fix the problem.
