Dr Park is one the the best Rhomathologist I have seen and I have seen many since I was diagnosed…read morewith lupus 19 years ago. She accepted to see me when a few Rhomathologist out right refused to see me since I have multiple illnesses going at once. They said it was overwhelming for them to take me on. (Yes they said that to my face) She accepted to see me and treated me wonderfully. in her opinion dr refusing me because of my illness was some unheard-of story and shocking. I'm back to work , albeit not in optimum health, but it's the best I have been in so long. She is a wonderful doctor and human being.

Completely useless and lazy. She had me coming repeatedly…read moreto no avail. I paid tons of copays for lab work and prescriptions (of which I told her I did not want to do) for her to only tell me what I DON'T have. She could not tell me what was wrong and was completely uninterested in finding out what the problem is. She just kept throwing medication and prescriptions at a dart board in the hopes that one worked and I hated each and everyone. She refused to give me my lab work, only "lab notes" on my xrays, and was completely willingly helpless when I requested a new referral to someone more qualified who could tell me what was wrong. I'd say she's a snake oil doctor who is only in her profession for treatment, not a cure or relief meaning she will only tell you what she doesn't know, roulette your health with pills until something magically works, and just hook you into coming back, not in actually trying to solve your problems. Save your time and find someone else who will take your concerns seriously and not gamble with them.

Dr. O'connor is great. Her staff was able to squeeze me in when I found a lump in my neck…read morepostpartum. Her staff is kind, responsive, and made me truly feel like they cared. They were able to electronically send over prescriptions and called me back right away with any questions or appointment adjustments. Dr. O'Connor is a very educated doctor. She knows endocrinology well and was able to answer every single question I had. (I had a lot as my thyroid dysfunction was something new to me.) She took her time during my examinations and explained everything going on step by step during the ultrasounds. I have seen her multiple times over the past year and couldn't be more happy with any other doctor and their staff.

I really like the doctor and have always found her to be very professional. Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience with the staff has been much different. They do not seem to be very organized or approachable, and there was a miscommunication with the staff that became very frustrating. I found myself having to repeatedly explain my situation to multiple members of the staff, yet it still seemed like they did not fully understand what I was trying to communicate. I would expect that when calling a patient, the staff would have a general understanding of the patient's situation by reviewing their chart beforehand. I also had to explain the situation again to another staff member, including the fact that the medical assistant's manner of communication came across as unprofessional. Unfortunately, the front office receptionist also responded in a way that felt defensive rather than focused on resolving the issue. I understand that miscommunications happen, but the way this situation was handled made an already frustrating experience even more difficult. The staff would benefit from additional training in communication, professionalism, organization, and patient customer service. Patients should feel heard, respected, and supported when communicating with the office. I would continue to recommend the doctor based on my experience with her, but I hope the office will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the overall patient experience.
