There were several issues with scheduling and changes from their end, and they charged a fee to come out to Sonoma County (which I accepted). They arrived and lubricated the windows, and told me that they'd order the parts and return to install them. I was surprised at the cost of this very short visit which included replacing a tandem lock and I was charged $75 for the part which is available for $18 on Amazon. I followed up a few times to check on the progress but didn't get clear info. Nearly 3 months later, I asked again and was told that they were waiting for me to 'accept the estimate' which I had never received. I had been told it would be a month or so to get the parts and then a couple of weeks to schedule, so this was disappointing. I finally saw the estimate and saw that they were charging me $73 for each trim kit, although they are available online for $16. I understand that business put a mark up on parts, but that's nearly 5x markup and combined with the confusing and inadequate scheduling and communications, it was a frustrating experience.

He has steadied bathroom accessories and towel racks that became rickety and unstable, fixed doors that were sticking and slamming and were generally off alignment and has secured tub hardware that had come lose. He is efficient with his time, both times we used him. His minimum is two hours of work, so we are always ready with a long list of items, and he routinely will knock them all out (and them some) before his time is done. Recommend.
