It all started with a fully prepaid reservation of the property's Presidential Suite. Everything was normal for months. I worked with the property and even made an additional reservation contingent on being the double bed room attached to that same suite. Staff was very receptive and helpful to that process and I was looking forward to staying alongside a special event at the property. At 5:24 PM the day before check-in the trouble started. I received an email titled "Pre-Arrival Coordination" from the Front Office Manager asking for my phone number. I responded at 5:32PM with my personal cell number. In the interim some friends who went down a day earlier dropped me warnings that there was apparently something wrong with the promised accommodation. When I finally got a call at 7:07PM I was greeted by someone who wasn't the Front Office Manager who informed me my room was not available. Fully prepaid almost ten months in advance, mind you. "An inconvenience," he called it. One that was the result of another guest deciding they wanted to squat there until next month. I can do the math. The property assumes they'll get more money by simply ignoring the secured reservation and charging some exorbitant near-day charge to the guy that wants to stay. The calculus part of my mind comprehends it, the business ethics aspect finds it revolting. And no, even three rooms on a reduced rate is not sufficient solution because I don't need more beds, I needed the space. The space that was guaranteed me in a reservation where you TOOK MY MONEY. Down-selling is for AirBNB or car salesmen, not a major international hospitality brand. The after business hours skullduggery resulted in me finally having to leave a voicemail and a strongly worded email rejecting their insufficient offer because by the time I had addressed my concerns to everyone in my party and those I was going to interact with in the space, no one was answering. Keep in mind the decision to reach out to me after hours less than 24 hrs before check-in was the property's management. In the 36 hrs since this saga began staff have changed their story multiple times, lied to me, and have failed to refund my money. Even if they do, they'll have received a months' long interest free loan at my expense while choosing to honor requests by someone else over a signed committment to me Hilton has no intention of honoring its reservations. As near as I can tell they had no plan to do so from the day they took my money, and I can find a pattern of this behavior in reviews all over the place. Marriott hasn't always been perfect, but they've never done this to me. read more

I've stayed here a few times now for work and every time is seamless and enjoyable! Staff is always above and beyond friendly and very helpful to things they can control. Rooms are clean, and never had a noise issue (knock on wood). The only issue I've had now (3rd time in a row) is the HVAC. I can try and cool The room but it'll only Cool to around 67°... and the fan is never able to be put into always on. After about 30 mins, the fan defaults back to "Auto" and shuts off. I've asked staff and they're not sure how or what to try and fix. Really, that's the biggest downside. Otherwise, one of my favorite Hilton properties in our system. read more

Stayed here again. Weekend rate was very reasonable and this is quickly one of my favorite hotels in the area. We did try takeout from the restaurant downstairs in the lobby and it was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here. The only bad thing is that the rooms could stand a renovation but other than that no complaints at all. Everything is clean. read more

This was our second stay at this Hilton and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, upscale lobby with great bar and inviting seating areas, classy and comfortable room. This time we got a "Five feet of fitness" room which contains a plethora of exercise equipment. We were impressed with the selection, the quietness of the exercise bike, and the ease of being able to work out without leaving your room. We enjoyed drinks from the bar and the flatbread and whipped feta + naan appetizer were great. Room service breakfast was timely and tasty. read more

Let me start off by saying I do recommend this hotel and I would stay again. Very up to date and clean! Loved the grass area in the front I had a drink and spent 2 hours out there soaking in the sun. I am a Hilton honors diamond member and do take customer service into consideration very highly. I will say they lacked in their friendliness and service. The front desk made up for that by giving me an upgrade when asked because of my status on the top floor with a great view! I also had a drink at the bar and a Caesar salad with a crab cake. The drink was good. The salad was great. The crab cake was terrible to say the least not worth the money. For 85$ plus tip not worth it to me. Also didn't like I couldn't pay in cash. One year later, same dance competition here in the hotel. I am local so, in theory, I don't have to stay in a hotel. And now that I dance at a higher level, I don't start so early. But I opted to stay 2 nights anyway as part of the whole experience. A Thursday and Friday night. Checkin was 180 degrees different. First I was upgraded in the app and picked my room and got the digital key. But still thought I'd rather have a physical key in case something went wrong and I needed to get in fast and there was a line at the desk. The guy who gave me the key was SO NICE! He was chatty and friendly. He explained the different room types when I asked. He asked if I wanted water. He explained the $15/day amenity for Diamond members. He gladly gave me keys. It was like a different hotel experience! Wow! Although my room didn't really seem any different and a fellow diamond member got a corner room that was truly an upgrade. To make it worse, I just spent the previous 3 nights at a Hilton Canopy in Minneapolis that I wanted to move into. So I was spoiled and my opinion jaded. Let's just say it was standard. No frills. I liked the marble walls of the shower. Gym still has those stupid peloton bikes and no recumbent bike but it think it is a corporate decision (may I never meet the person who had this bad idea). I'll start with this. Maybe it's just me? I realize hotels, in most cases, only clean rooms when you ask to preserve water and resources. I understand that and appreciate places like this that try to preserve precious resources. However, the lack of cleaning in the hallway was not appreciated as the hallway my room was situated in smelled of mold and mildew. I became violently ill when staying here (Room 320). I did contact the front desk and asked to speak to management to be moved but to avail. When staying here, I experienced nasal and sinus congestion and eye irritation that included itchy, red, watery eyes as well as coughing. The room did not have a microwave but had a refrigerator (not sure how that makes sense). Also, there were no water bottles provided, so I bought my own from Safeway. read more

I would give 3.5 stars but was disappointed enough that it's not 4 stars. The good: check in was easy and friendly. They gave me 2 bottles of water at checkin as well. the mini fridge in the room worked and made my bottles of water cold enough towels for my stay and the towels were clean the floor/carpet was clean. I walked on it barefoot bc I forgot my slippers and my feet and white socks did not show dirt the shuttle service was really great. Can request shuttle through their app to anywhere. We also were able to request a pick up from the restaurant. No extra charge, though I did give a cash tip to the drivers. The drivers were very friendly and accommodating. In fact, the app put us at the wrong pick up spot from the restaurant/mall but the driver wouldn't give up and found us! The not so good: The lobby and inside of the hotel is extremely dark and not clear where to go upon arrival the room could've been cleaner. Hair in the bathroom when I got there and blood in several spots on the sitting chair in the room. Didn't even look like anyone had tried to clean it. So I didn't sit there. the thermostat in the room didn't really work. It wouldn't go below 71, no matter how cold I set it to, so the room was too warm for me to sleep comfortably No alarm clock and no USB plugs. I have gotten used to having USB plugs in hotel rooms. My bad for forgetting all the converter plugs, but expect hotels to offer options Totally random, but bad placement of room service/breakfast marketing. I would've ordered something if I had seen it when I got to my room the night before. Lesson learned, check throughout the room for all papers upon arrival. Overall it was fine for a night's stay. My car was broken into in the parking lot. Passengers side window was shattered and they thieves attempted to steal the rims off my car. I was approached by the manager about how I would be contacted by the Hilton's insurance adjuster. I was completely ghosted and never heard a word. read more

I enjoyed my stay here. I had a king-size bed, very nice layout, modern and fresh. The desk is nice, lots of outlets, but zero USB-C connections, which every Android, new laptop regardless of brand, and all the new iPhones and other Apple stuff use. I didn't see the usual USB-A near the bed either. A dusty clock radio with the wrong time though was there. The room itself was clean. The shower rocked, modern, ditto on the bathroom. The hotel is very nice and on the day I checked-in they offered fresh popcorn or water infused with something which I found refreshing. I declined the popcorn. Staff was very professional and organized. Lots of hand sanitizer BTW which is GREAT. I mean thst pesky COVID thing is still hanging around. They have sanitizer stations at every elevator, I love that. I paid for the faster net speed, which I always recommend. The pp was just 4.95 a day, which is cheap. The speed, well, typical for a hotel..A whopping 15mbs. Zoom!! It was fast enough to stream, so that's all I care about. The one weird item was the chair in the room. It didn't belong. I am confident that it was found in an Antique shop, where they said it was from Dolly Madison's home and that Thomas Jefferson or his doppelganger sat in it. read more

Checked in last night to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. Upon walking in, absolutely beautiful. Spacious, well lit, and warm. There was a wedding taking place, always lovely to see. The room was a corner unit, 316. Not much of a view but the room itself was very spacious. Did our usual room wipe down/spray down on all furniture, fixtures, sheets etc. We went for dinner then came back to sit in the lobby and enjoy some wine and people watch (wedding watch) Went back to the room to sleep. Was woken up by my partner the next morning to come to the bathroom, there was a bedbug. We flipped the room to check the bed again and QUICKLY packed our belongings then to head to the front desk. We spoke with the manager and he mentioned EcoLab would have to come out to do an assessment of the pest to determine if it was truly a bedbug, he just was not too sure when they would be able to come out. He offered us another room but we asked to just check out. He mentioned a refund would not be issued, Ecolab results would have to determine if it was indeed a bed bug. It's unfortunate there is no real solution to this matter that would make anything feel better. read more

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I decided last minute to have a date night with myself and came across this location while visiting from Dallas. I came across a "fitness" room which is a King Room with a gym area also inside the room. I was immediately sold on this idea. I had no idea this even existed. So I went to the front desk and booked a "fitness" king room. Ended up extending my stay an extra night. Great customer service. Good drinks at the bar. FREE PARKING. I'd definitely stay here again. Next time, I'll try the food. Nice area. Clean. Modern. Right by the mall (Tysons Corner). Can't beat the location. read more

The worst experience of my life at a Hilton. We booked a room for 3, my husband, myself and my daughter. We were given room options of 2 double beds that supposedly occupy 4 persons. The double beds are a joke, I don't know how they thought 2 average adults would fit on there! It felt like my husband and I were sharing a twin bed. The mattress, honestly I don't even know if I would call that a mattress. Extremely soft and absolutely zero support. I am a 130 In woman and the mattress sank so much so you can only imagine how bad it was with my husband's weight and he's 190 |b. We came here for an event and got no sleep. I would not recommend this hotel, specially if you are planning to share a double bed. There are other hotels in the area that I have stayed at that have been great. read more

This is the experimental hotel for Corporate Hilton, for the most part. The hotel is okay. 4-stars for a simple, straightforward check-in; and an uneventful stay. The part where I got made fun of isn't so nice. I commented that germs might spread because they replaced separate soap and shampoo with a pump dispenser shared between guests. While there's no direct correlation, two years later, everyone gets COVID. Sometimes butterfly effects should be analyzed more seriously. read more

Meh the hotel is in a great location for the mall, going downtown and the metro. It's safe and easy to get to. However the interior is very dated and needed an upgrade. Like dire need. The lobby was nice and rooms were fine. The noise though. Yikes. We were on the 9th floor and at night the lobby noise could be easily heard in our room. I slept with a pillow over my head and white noise from my phone. The pillows were also pathetic. Absolute pancakes. Parking was easy and plentiful though. I always have a good nights rest when at Hilton. My room is clean, spacious, and includes all of usual comforts of a good hotel room. The bed was very comfortable, sofa large enough for guest, cold fridge, clean bath tub and there was plenty of storage. This will be my 10th visit over the last two years. I mainly stay after long meetings when I can't bring myself to drive 50 mins during rush hour. I don't always spend the night and Priceline usually provides crazy last minute deals for myself and coworkers, who do the same. My most recent stay this week was just as pleasant. Checkin process was easy. I was greeted by smiling faces and handed a water. When I asked for an upgrade(one night stay), the gentleman at the desk quoted $35, not a bad price for a bath robe, larger room etc. I decided against it because of my short stay. The lobby's bar opens at 5:00 pm and full of government contractors and seasoned executives enjoying a drink and bites. Unfortunately, härth restaurant was closed. Cons: Härth restaurant, adjacent to the lounge is closed Only the lounge is open: Menu limited. Pool not accessible if you don't have a reservation. $10 for Wi-Fi unless your an Hilton Honors member. Pro: Free parking. Quality rooms and value. Beautiful glass work in lobby. Härth restaurant open for breakfast. AJ was great and checked on me during my stay via text. read more

It's a great place in a very convenient location in McLean Virginia. I stayed here dozen times. Finally getting to writing a review. Parking is free. Outdoor parking lot. In front of the hotel. I believe it's also in the back. Rooms are nice and clean Very fresh and new looking. Nice restaurant downstairs. With lounge area as well. Hood menu and food. Front desk is always nice and polite. Checked in the night before on the app and picked my room. When I got to the hotel and opened the digital key they changed my room. Never notified me about it. The room was not clean. The refrigerator was broken. The heater would not go above 65 and it was cold outside. The furniture was falling apart. When I went to the front desk the attendant was beyond ignorant. For the price this was a real disappointment. I've stayed at hotels half this price and they were 1000 times better. There is a small microwave in the room with ice that was disgusting. read more

Around 11:30pm I heard running water and went into the bathroom and water was pouring out of the ceiling vent wetting up all my items on the bathroom counter. After one hour of maintenance coming in and informing me they would be back I requested to be moved. It took another hour for them to locate a suitable room and then I could not control the temperature in that room. I asked if the temperature could be controlled remotely and was told 3 times maintenance had to come into the room only to have them show on the 4th call and after I finally saw maintenance I was informed that they would reset it from the console and he told me the front desk never told him the requested temperature I asked for. There were also several big meetings happening at the hotel and elevator lobby's were not cleaned. I checked in on Thursday night and when I checked out Saturday afternoon the same pizza box was still in the elevator area. Someone moved it from the floor beside the trash can and placed it on top of the trash can. read more

One night staycation. I thought it's the closest hotel to Hilton's corporate headquarters so it has to be good! First of, glad they do not charge parking. It's becoming a rarity these days. Second the front desk staff was very nice and throughout my stay. I was even able to text them during my stay for really anything from late checkout request, swimming pool Reservation (yes that is required) and asked for food credit to be applied to food bill. One caveat was the indoor swimming pool. No idea what the hours were or the fact you needed reservations until I saw the amenities section in the Hilton app. They need to change that and add this on their hotel website. Our room was upgraded for a $30 up charge, some Diamond benefit. Lol. No complaints about the room although for such a large room, why not 2 queen beds instead of double beds? We also got some food and drinks at the bar and breakfast at Harth restaurant. It was quite good for both. Glad the breakfast buffet you can order your eggs cooked to order as well as omelettes too. You have to be careful and review your hotel room bill. My room rate included breakfast but I was charged and also the gold and Diamond F&B credit had to be manually applied. A simple text to front desk and they did amend the credits. Overall good hotel to stay in Tyson's as long as you have a car that is. read more

It was okay here. For the price I paid, I was not fully satisfied. Pros: The staff were super friendly There is a gym and pool on site The hotel has a restaurant for meals and a 24/7 convenience store that has snacks, light meals, and things like band aids, advil, and nail clippers . There is a shuttle that takes you to and from Tyson's Corner and the metro station The beds were well made and the cleaning staff cleaned our room daily. Cons: 1) the 24/7 gym was having some air conditioning issues, so the gym was closed from around 10 pm to 5 or 6 am. Not a big deal, but also not 24/7 2) the pool hours were from 4 pm to 9 pm so unless you plan your day around it, you may not get the chance to go to the pool 3) our room didn't feel super clean. The cleaning staff was very nice and worked very hard. But even though we would dust things, a layer of dust would show up on everything. There was dust in the corners and on things like the alarm clock. The shower could have been cleaner as well. 4) our room didn't have enough lighting, so night time meant dim mood lighting, making things that require light inconvenient 5) the toilet would leak a little at the base and was slow to flush and slow to fill up. It felt like an old and leaky toilet. I always wore sandals in the bathroom just in case 6) we saw a tiny bug on the wall at some point in our room. I looked online and it didn't appear to be a bed bug but that anxiety is going to be with me for a while 7) the shower didn't have good water pressure or a detachable shower head, making getting thoroughly clean inconvenient 8) the bathroom in the fitness center smelled musty and moldy 9) the furniture was dated, scratched, and chipped. 10) the card key didn't work very well and opening the door would require 2-3 attempts. I could not figure out how to use the digital key on the Hilton app despite following directions. Overall, it was okay. I had a decent place to sleep at night while visiting family and it did its job. But it definitely wasn't the luxurious Hilton experience that I was anticipating, especially for the price I paid. read more

Stayed for new year eve and the hotel is decent. I appreciated the fact that they bring things to the room fairly quickly. But I will say we didn't have any extra toilet paper rolls, they didn't have any wash towels in the bathroom, and there was very low water pressure. read more

I've stayed at the Hilton several times in the past, but this time was not pleasant at all. On Dec 30th, I called ahead and informed the front desk that I would be checking in late. The staff was great and check in was a breeze. I checked in and was assigned a larger double queen room on the 9th floor, as reqeusted. The room was clean and spacious. I had no issues until an hour went by and I realized the room wasn't warming up after I tried to adjust the temperature. I was freezing so I contacted the front desk. They agreed to send someone to take a look at it and that took a little while. After spending some time tinkering around and changing out a malfunctioning part, the maintenance worker informed me that there was an underlying issue that would take additional time to fix. He offered to talk to the front desk to get me set up with another room and I agreed. I was given coupons for free breakfast and offered a lower room rate for the 2 nights I stayed and 5000 points to compensate (Neither have shown up on my account as of 1/5/26 BTW). I don't typically eat breakfast, especially when I am up switching rooms in the middle of the night. Anyway, I was moved to a smaller room on the 6th floor shortly before 3am. The room was material on the sofa was peeling and some of the surfaces were sticky. There was also lots of dust on furniture where the ice bucket was and the refrigerator didn't work. I shared a room with my cousin and she found hair and a stain on the sheets. There was also what appeared to be snot on the headboard. Housekeeping came in and changed the sheets and wiped down the headboard, but we were already grossed out. I am highly disappointed with this most recent stay and I would like the Hilton to credit my account since they downgraded my room and for Hilton to also issue the Hilton Honors credits that were offered to me. Hopefully Hilton will be better prepared with properly cleaned rooms and functioning thermostats moving forward. read more

We found another hotel in this town! It's actually better than the Marriott hotel we stayed last time. They're both very nice but they beat Marriott slightly. We always like Hilton but we like waiting for the reduced price. When it becomes affordable, anything is possible. This clean and beautiful hotel offers comfortable bed, relaxing couch, huge flatscreen TV, small fridge, safe deposit box, indoor pool, huge gym room and gorgeous lobby. So, please take note everyone in case you like some of the things mentioned above. I used both the gym and the pool. There's a lifeguard working too. We received an excellent service while staying here. They offer shuttle service to drop you off at Tyson Galleria and pick you up when you're done. Digital keys, free WiFi if you're a Hilton Honor member and free parking for everyone. The Hotel is a short walk to the Tysons Corner Metro- Silver Line & the Mall. Other amenities include Accessibility features, Business Center, Amphitheater & their sole upscale (perhaps) restaurant Harth offering American cuisine. The 1-bedroom suites have living areas & wet bars with the more expensive/upgraded suits providing Kitchenettes. Close proximitiy to local entertainment venues such as the Wolf Trap & EagleBank Arena. The property is non-smoking and allows Service Animals. If you are thinking about staying at this hotel, think again. My sons and I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in September 2025. At the time of check- in they told me I had to pay a $50.00 incidental fee, per night, per room, and they had to put a hold on my card. I booked 2 rooms, so that was a total of $200.00 they put a hold on my card for. The rooms were ok, they don't have microwaves in the rooms & also one of my sons had a mark on his leg which looked like a bed bug bite. The food was very high at the restaurant so we decided to door dash, the one time we did order from the restaurant , they never let us know when the food was done and then when we went to pick it up it was basically cold, and we could not warm it up because there was no microwave, fast forward to my check out date (Sunday September 29th) I turned my key cards in and checked out, they told me my 200.00 had been released and it would tale 3-7 business for it to reflect on my account, as of today Thursday October 9th I still don't have my money. I've been calling and calling, and the front desk clerks keep saying that they released my money on the 28th, and they have been very rude. THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!! I will never go back to this hotel ever again & I don't recommend you to go either!!! read more

Everything was old and incredibly uncomfortable - bed, sofa, desk chair, etc. Why do hotels take this approach - update common areas and completely ignore the quality of guest rooms? As a Hilton Diamond member I have stayed in my fair share of hotels. This one is comfortable. I was here for a New Year's Eve party and of course we got a room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Their personal Customer service was amazing. Parking was plentiful and free with your stay. I was also super happy with me $24 credit that could be used for food/drinks. I ordered a burger at the bar with fries. They did forget my mayo and mustard but honestly wasn't worth the trouble of trekking back downstairs. My 3/5 comes from what I assume is the age of the building. The digital key didn't work after being "fixed" twice. As well as there was clear deterioration or cracking along the door of the bathroom. It was a mirrored door but functioned as a barn style door on a sliding mechanism. It was cracked and looked pretty bad. The crack wasn't on the mirror but the mechanism to the wall. Updated to be clear. The mirror was perfect for selfies! Overall I would stay here again, but I'm definitely glad I paid for the room with points! read more

My wife and I stopped by the Hilton McLean at Tysons Corner on Sunday morning for the breakfast buffet on our way to our grandson's baseball game. As always, the breakfast is the best we've found in the DC area. After breakfast, we headed to the game and joined my family for lunch before traveling back home to Pennsylvania. When I arrived at home, I realized I had lost my money clip and cash. I searched the car and all of the clothes that I had worn that day. I came up with nothing. Acting on a wild hunch, I contacted hotel 3 days later to see if anyone had found any cash and turned it in. I was transferred to the security department and spoke to a gentleman named Abdul. He asked me for a description of what I had lost and I gave him the information. He told me it had been found by one of the hotel managers and he would hold it for me. I was totally shocked. My son who lives in the DC area went to the hotel the following morning to pick it up. The money clip and the $202 were turned over to my son. This, to me is an amazing story in that there was no form of identification with the money clip. This demonstrates to me a degree of honesty and integrity by the Hilton staff that is rarely found into today's world. I was very fortunate that the Hilton staff was honest and genuinely eager to get the money back in my hands. It restored my faith in humanity. read more

I've stayed at this Hilton about 25-30 times over the years but I'm not sure if I will again, which I feel sad saying. The rooms are badly in need of upgrading and are showing wear and tear. At least that was my recent experience. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great, but honestly...the "decor" and amenities in the room seemed old, worn, chipped and more in line with a budget motel than a Hilton, and a far cry from how this place used to be. It just seemed tired, outdated and a bit shabby by Hilton standards. Bar staff was excellent and cocktails were very well prepared. Prices were what you would expect...not cheap but not outrageous and were a good value quality wise. 5 stars for the bar, bed and shower. 2 stars for the condition of the room and decor/furnishings. read more

The hotel lobby is nice with all the lights and the front desk and overall service was good. The room was clean and the toiletry amenities were all Crabtree & Evelyn which was very nice. The gym was on the smaller side but was clean. The pool is also small but was not very clean. The hotel also has a free shuttle to take you to the Tysons Corner Mall, nearby restaurants, and apparently Walmart. read more

I stayed at the Hilton McLean for a New Year's Eve party. The hotel is beautiful with great service, quiet rooms, and attentive staff. My little dog enjoyed the stay as much as me. read more

My husband and I came back to this location on January 6th for our first staycation of the year. As always we were treated with care and enjoyed our stay. The food from harth is AMAZING. My husband and I ordered a to go burger with fries and the breading pudding dessert from the bar that was absolutely delicious. Also, the bartender (I wish I got his name) was very nice and gave great food suggestions, he even made honey mustard for my husband and I from scratch. read more

I'm currently in the middle of my stay here at the Hilton Mclean Tyson's Corner and as of right now they get ONE star. Let's start with the carpet. It's filthy! The bathroom has zero water pressure. It just trickles out. Did I mention that our carpet is filthy. So we leave Saturday morning and head into D.C. for the day and when we return around six to shower/nap and change for our evening in D.C., we discover that our room hasn't been touched. Bed unmade, towels on the floor, trash can overflowing and the carpet still dirty. I went down to the front desk and spoke with Eunice who immediately called housekeeping and asked why wasn't our room attended to. She called housekeeping and I overheard the person on the other end try and cover their butt by blaming us. The person claimed that we must have had the "DND" on the door. I immediately told Eunice that was not the case. Someone came up right away. But she only delivered towels and washcloths. The bathroom was not cleaned nor did she replace our glasses. I would not call this housekeeping. I could've walked to the front desk and grabbed towels on my own. I understand that they have a large wedding going on simultaneously but everyone in the hotel deserves to feel like they are getting their money's worth. UPDATE 14 hours later: Firstly I went back and read my review again. I wanted to make sure I wasn't being unfair. I wasn't. Happily the property manager, Kevin F. promptly responded to me on Yelp. I shared his response with my family and they were pleased also. He stated that he notified the Front Office Management Team of our issues and someone would be in contact with me.
