Beautiful landscaping. Gorgeous flowers. A welcoming crew right as you walk in the door. On your right as you enter a bar full of cheer, Luis is the bartender. If you are choosing to stay at this hotel, there's a high chance you are staying for ExxonMobil. We stay here every time for work, and the place is great! Very clean, with pool, gym, full restaurant bar and grill downstairs. They even provide a shuttle service to Exxon! Breakfast in the morning is great, they have made to order breakfast sandwiches and other great foods. Really tasty. For dinner I ordered the steak sandwich with fries and a small salad. The lady was so nice she didn't charge me for the side salad. I'll be back again, mostly because of monthly work travel, but this place is very ideal. read more

New, impeccably clean, and conveniently located at 45 & the Hardy Toll Rd - excellent service as well. We stayed for one evening before an early flight out of IAH, and it was everything we expected and more. Service was outstanding, they called up to the room after check-in to make sure we were happy, and I love the digital key & digital check-out (no need to stop by the front desk in the morning!). It only took me 10 minutes or so to get to IAH at 6:45am, so I'd definitely recommend for an airport stay. The places closer to the airport were older & didn't look as nice, so it was worth the extra 5 min drive from here, to me. One other note - the pool and hot tub are still open in Dec, nice for a swim in 70 degree weather! read more

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. There was a sewage back up into my home. I've been here two nights so far and have booked a third. Everything is super clean and neat. Everyone has been beyond kind from the reception staff, wait staff, bartenders, maids, etc... They have charging stations for electric cars. They even took my lunch food order up to my room from Grubhub when I got stuck on a call and forgot I had to go get it. Also, the breakfast at the restaurant (I ordered pancakes and bacon) was so good. The Hampton next door has an ATM (also owned by Hilton) if you don't have cash to tip the maids. I wish I was at home but this has been the next best thing. read more

From the bar tender to the breakfast waitress, they have been excellent. Otis is on point and helpful constantly. He knows my name the moment I walk in the door. My Bestie and I decided to take a girls' weekend trip to Old Spring, TX and stayed at Hilton Garden Inn. From the moment we entered, we loved every second of our stay. The hotel is clean (like super super clean), which is hard to find these days. The beds are comfortable and we got two great nights of sleep! We ate dinner and had drinks at the hotel bar/restaurant the first night. It was so good we went back for night two! The food was delicious (shout out to the Executive Chef and his crew)! We tried lots of stuff from the menu--the cod sandwich, caprese sandwich, flatbread, and shrimp and it was all flavorful and wayyy better than we expected. The bar was amazing, as well---we became friends with Kelly, Jackie, and Henrry. They were all GREAT at their job, super friendly, and made a great mixed drink. We will be coming back sometime in the near future to see our new pals! Hopefully next time the sun will be shining and we can enjoy the pool! read more

Had to stay in this hotel with my family for a few weeks while we closed on our new home. It was a very pleasant experience. There was plenty to keep busy and not get bored (since I work from home). There's a restaurant area to have dinner with the family, a bar to sit and relax if my husband and I wanted to have a few drinks, a pool, office area and plenty of seating area to work on my laptop if I got tired of being in my room. The GM Beth and her staff have gone all out accommodating our training staff and our large groups that we host. Brand spanking new and situated in an off the beaten path wooded area. This property is world class. Stayed in a premier room that was beautifully accented with tasteful art and the softest bed I've been in recently. Like a dang cloud or marshmallow fluff. I seriously didn't wake up the whole night. It could have been the Bourbon I had at the cute little bar near the lobby! Bathroom was beautiful in design with a standing glass enclosed shower. The personal products on the sink were sourced from Greece. Not only do they make good lamb but apparently shampoo too! This hotel has great amenities, pool, bar, small restaurant area, business center, fitness, outdoor patio... Crazy good value. The staff was very friendly and genuinely seemed to be interested in me as a customer. I really felt safe with the outdoor lighting and amount of staff that I saw after hours. We were ordered to evacuate our neighborhood due to flooding of spring creek. This hotel is right outside on higher ground. We were able to get a room luckily however the hotel would not allow our pets. I lived through ike when hotels made exceptions & we had my dog the whole time during ike. We even offered to pay extra. Disappointed the hotel is refusing to make exceptions during this desperately historic time of need. read more
