Nice facility that was very comfortable to spend the week at. The pain points were these: A.). Elevator was out of service for most of week. Elevator service was posted on ground floor but not floors above. This many times people were left waiting for multiple minutes. B.). Food service at breakfast was lacking in taste. It use to be a staple to have biscuits and gravy at Hampton Inns but that has obviously changed. read more

I stopped in to visit a friend in town. The elevator was broken. Walking up a flight of stairs was not fun. ;) Secured hotel especially when you're coming in the dark. Parking spaces are super tight. I visited a friend near in the area and I generally stay at Hampton inns. Most have the same set up. Some are bigger than others. This one was decent sized. Upon checking in it took the lady some time to be able to find my Hilton rewards. Just want to make sure I'm getting my points. Lobby was well lit and very clean. My room had a very nice shower, easy in and out access. Finally someone was smart enough to put the on off control opposite from the nozzle so its not underneath where you feel the ice cold water. I actually got to have some breakfast. The Golden potatoes were pretty good. I ended up staying another night and that wasn't a problem. The snacks I will say are overpriced, but whats new. Checked in at around 9pm on a Monday and it was pretty quiet. There were no luggage racks around which was a drag. We didn't need to take all of the luggage out of the car, but I didn't want to risk someone seeing luggage in our rental and have to deal with someone smashing our windows in to steal our dirty laundry. Our room was on the 4th floor and we didn't hear any footsteps above us or muffled talk before or next to us. The room was clean, and well stocked with bath towels- 6 to be exact! It was nice to have extras. The beds were also comfy and firm. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, they had hot items (scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, ham, oatmeal and waffles) and a lot of other items to choose from. Did a 5 day stay while visiting family in Spring, Tx. The suite was clean and perfect for my family of 5. We requested a roll away bed but it wasn't necessary, the couch had a decent pull out bed. Empty mini fridge, microwave, sink and countertop was perfect for the kids snacks/food. Large floor to ceiling glass windows gave excellent natural lighting. Air conditioning was great during the humid days. Simple amenities like razor blades, shower caps , toothbrush/paste ,and medicines like pain relievers/pepto were easily available up front free for the taking. Snacks and drinks available for purchase as well. Excellent breakfast with variety everyday, was perfect for the kids. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only negative was that the spa had extremely burning hot water coming from the jets, there was no thermostat to regulate. It was apparent that the pool needed some work. The space and furniture itself was nice and inviting. Would definitely stay here again. read more

I stayed there on August 21st. The room was really nice and clean. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again. The only complaint I had was that they blocked off one of the entrances at night. We had to go back down the highway a circle back. They shouldn't block it off before midnight on a Friday. read more

Hampton Inn & Suites provided a wonderful home-away-from home for me when I was in Spring for work. The rooms are huge and clean with very comfy beds. Hampton is also SPOTLESS. Coming from someone who is usually creeped out at the idea of sleeping in a bed that isn't mine, I got some solid shut-eye every night that I was here. The breakfast in the morning is also excellent. It's a step up from typical continental fair and is surprisingly good. The staff is also very friendly and hospitable. I usually dread traveling for work, but Hampton made it a much easier and comfier experience. This will definitely be my hotel of choice the next time I'm in the area! read more

This hotel is newer and very clean. Pool and fitness center were nice also. My only complaint is the pillows while comfy and first flattened like a pancake during the night. I appreciate Hilton. The brand is strong and their customer service is stronger. I'm an HH member and Hilton is always so accommodating. This location is great because it is conveniently located right off of the Hardy Toll (near 45). Now, there are no restaurants within walking distance but there are multiple options conveniently located within a 2 mile radius. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and quiet. Ps. Mere words cannot describe how incredible our week long stay was. From beginning to end, the staff went above and beyond. They showed us a true definition of 'southern hospitality.' We were greeted every morning and evening with smiles and smalltalk in the lobby. The rooms were kept so clean. Housekeeping respected the do not disturb sign, and would sneak in while we were away to tidy up the room. The complimentary breakfast was so delicious. It provided waffles, oatmeal with all the fixings, muffins, bagels, yogurt, and a different main entree every day (omelets, ham and eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc.) In the end I didn't want to leave. The hostess at the front desk even sent me with a handful of my favorite tea packets as we were checking out! I can't wait to go back. read more

I simply cannot say enough good things about this property! We just spent eight nights here for out-of-state wedding. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Everything is new, fresh and clean. The lobby/ breakfast area is welcoming and comfortable. We spent many mornings gathering with family discussing the day's activities over a leisurely breakfast. The kitchen staff was so helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent - all the staples we could possibly want with a few slight variations each day (bacon vs sausage, omelette vs. scrambled). There was always hot coffee available any time of day. Personalized sack lunches available to-go in the morning (this was so helpful!), fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. The staff blessed us every single day with their attentiveness and kindness. We were truly blown away. When we first arrived, Ali was so wonderful and accommodating. She made sure that we were set up in a perfect room for our family. She was genuinely pleasant and thoughtful! And Maria was instrumental in organizing the reservations for everyone in our party. As each family arrived, she made sure they were always taken care of. She also allowed us to use one of the conference rooms for a small bridal shower/brunch one morning. We made use of the saltwater pool a few times, the gym several times and the washing machines twice. Everything was immaculate. The gentleman at the front desk gladly arranged for our transportation early on our departure morning when our initial plans had been canceled. Again, I could go on and on. It was a wonderful stay. The room was big with lots of thoughtful details (the ledge in the shower for shaving your legs, pull out shelves to give you extra counter space, a goodie bag when we arrived, etc.) Everything was clean. My husband & I stayed here for the weekend. We were greeted right away in a professional and friendly manner. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the room. from the comfy bed, fluffy pillows and over all design of the bathroom. we have stayed at several throughout time; however this bath vanity featured an extra shelf that allowed both of us to place or personal items. In addition the shower was extra large and allowed you to turn on the shower without cold water being sprayed on you; as the shower head is on the other end. In the morning they serve a continental breakfast and it was different everyday. The kitchen staff was very helpful with our request. She took pride in making sure customers needs were taken care of. The coffee was superb and is of similar quality as Starbucks. The gym is 2nd best to none. They have all the equipment you will need. The hotel is a simple design and efficient. This place is gorgeous! It's only been open 2 months and they really built a beautiful hotel! The lobby, rooms and fitness center are all top notch and very reasonable rates. Even the elevators and hallways are spacious! We stay in hotels weekly on business and this is by far the best. Homeward Suites This facility is beyond amazing. It's like a resort. This is brand new and it is a retreat for me. They have everything and then some. The room was gorgeous and brand new. The bed is amazing- comfortable beyond words. They have an incredible work out facility. Lush greenery. A SALT WATER POOL- oh my gosh I had to go swimming and it was delightful. This is by far the most incredible hotel I have had the pleasure of staying in for a long time. They have a fantastic kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and pots and pans and even measuring cups in all rooms. With full size fridge, gorgeous microwave lol plenty of room. Gorgeous rooms with double shower, the TV's are huge and plenty of space for clothes etc They will even go grocery shopping for you. Look out 4 Seasons there's another kid in town so step it up to compete with this gem - Hilton has another smashing hotel with this particular Homewood Suites. It's really Paradise and the hotel is not even half full. Jami waited on me for breakfast and that was so odd for a hotel to wait on you for a commentary breakfast with any Homeward suites chain. Eggs are not powdered but delicious. It was Mexican Themed today and rocks. This stands out and is more like the 5 star hotels and better. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The Staff is professional and welcoming. They care and smile etc. I have been disappointed with other Hotel staffs. I was beginning to lose hope as they act like they are doing you a favor by giving you one of their stinking rooms and won't even lift a finger to do anything more. Other Hotels need to take lessons from this staff. This is positive and only saying this to help them run smoother operations. This hotel sets the standard for Professionalism and service. This hotel has given me hope once again in Customer Service and attentiveness etc Thank you to everyone for making my stay at the Homeward Suites in Spring Tx the bomb. I had just stayed in Houston at the end of February, just down the road from this location, but when I tell you they are night and day. Staff was also amazing, but everything was super clean and state-of-the-art. You couldn't beat the price either.
