Omgoodness! I'm a changed girl! I normally smoother my ribs in bbq sauce. The hotter the better. But Hilton BBQ has changed my mind. I had some of the most tender flavorful ribs I've ever tasted. They were just the way I like them, with some bite left to them. I don't like ribs that have been obviously boiled. The smoke flavor was amazing! My family and I had the chance to try Hilton BBQ recently, when they were serving at RT Rogers Brewing Co. We ordered the pulled pork and the chicken topped nachos. The chicken was nice and juicy and they gave the perfect amount on top of the chips and cheese. My kids were really happy about that since they shared. Although we enjoyed both orders, the pulled pork was the best in my opinion. The Pork had such a good flavor you didn't need to add more sauce. But we ended up topping it off with some Spicy BBQ sauce for a lil heat and it made the perfect combination. You know you're getting quality, when not only is the customer service great, and the food is delicious, but you can "talk BBQ" with who's making it. Alex knows what he's doing and is knowledgeable with his product and that makes all the difference when you're in the BBQ Business.
