For cocktail hour, we selected the grilled cheese bites with tomato soup, beef wellington bites (this was especially a big hit), and bruschetta. For dinner, we had the ricotta, herb, & spinach ravioli as a vegetarian option, salmon with a lemon dill beurre blanc sauce, and filet mignon with garlic butter. We also had some guests who were vegan or had allergies and Cutting Edge was able to work with us to accommodate them easily. There were a couple of tall tables set up just outside the roll up door of their light industrial space. They had one of their mobile wood fired pizza ovens fired up using olive wood, which was great to see in action. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell right away that pizza is truly their craft. The food was excellent, and the pizzas were next level. Perfectly cooked, incredible flavor, and clearly made by people who really know how to do it. For a tasting, we had a great time. We brought our own drinks, some beer and wine, ate our fill, and even went home with full bellies and leftovers. It felt relaxed, fun, and well organized.
