I found this office on YELP with now reviews and then went to Google and made my deciding factor when I saw they offered 65.00 full X-ray and first time visit consultation. On my arrival they gave me nice first time visitors gift and a dental goodie bag to take home! First I want to give a huge compliment to what I would call a truly amazing staff ! And Dr. Bryan Hill kudos to you. Thank you for calling me the night before my appt personally to say hello and introduce yourself what a nice caring touch. Now won't get into details about my dental history it's complicated. But fears of having work done was met with such kindness and compassion that I have to mention. This office has a "comfort menu" which I'll post that is a caring touch especially for patients like me. I enjoyed my hot neck roll and the jaw comfort pads. My exam was very very comprehensive and the cleaning was exceptionally comfortable and trust me ! Shawana you rock ! They've kindly offered many options for anxiety but they have various levels of oral medications (which I prefer). My hygienist, Lupe, has been instrumental in my ability to receive dental care. She had my teeth in excellent shape so quickly. She's been so responsive to my problems with metabolizing all of the numbing agents. Dr. Lopez performed a root canal and crown placement. I was nervous that like many before, he would tell me I wasn't feeling pain, but just pressure, and keep on working. I finally had dental care without horrible pain! I have a beautiful functional crown in my mouth as I type this. The shape was excellent and the bite. My family member had the very same work on the very same tooth the day before me but at a different provider. She's still very sore. She has pain, swelling and is having to face her severe anxiety again to get the crown seated in two weeks. Within hours I was able to eat. I awoke the next day with very minimal discomfort which was easily remedied. Im eating hard crunchy foods a day later. We paid the same market price for our work but my experience has been so positive comparatively. I feel like they've really worked with my needs when possible to get my smile healthy. Scheduling is always very quick and easy. They let me turn up my music and respond very well to needs during visits. I recommend this dentist in general but especially to those who want to feel like more than a number when receiving this type of care.

And I had to get a new partial and get rid of the infection first to get the clearance. The young lady that assisted the Doctor was fantastic. A great sense of humor that put me at ease right away. When the Doctor was giving me the numbing medication the assistant ((Shianne) rubbed my arm to distract me from the pain. It was the first time I didn't tense up while getting the numbing medication. You know with the needle that looks 1'ft long! Shianne was funny and very professional. Like I said " She put me at ease right away". The doctor Dr. Ahmad was quick and professional.
