Unfortunately the customer service was not great. I felt like a huge inconvenience and received zero direction or suggestions for the small piece I brought in and the stitching ended up being put in a not ideal place which I would have loved someone to walk through with me for better placement. I asked about my larger project and also received less than zero help with that and felt like I was so annoying for even asking about it. I'm sad because it's a small town shop -potentially family owned but the vibe was really really off and just not friendly. I will not be going back for my large order and will have to find another option. Not sure what's going on in this place but I hope they read the reviews and understand that people want a good experience with staff and that we want to have fun and get more help when doing personal projects.
