The indoor and outdoor pools are absolutely amazing--perfect for kids and adults alike. The outdoor pool has a super fun vibe, and the indoor pool is spotless and a great option for rainy or cooler days, or a night swim. The rooms were super clean -- genuinely well-kept and comfortable. You can tell the staff takes real pride in maintaining the property. Everything felt fresh and inviting. The management is incredibly friendly and responsive. From the moment we checked in with Brad (owner) we felt welcomed. They were happy to answer questions, offer suggestions on local eats and attractions, and really seemed to care about our experience. The location is ideal--just far enough from the hustle of downtown to be quiet and relaxing, but still super convenient to everything Wisconsin Dells has to offer. We were able to walk or take a quick drive to shops, restaurants, and the waterparks. Bonus points for the nostalgic charm of the property--it has that classic Dells feel but is updated and well-maintained. A perfect mix of retro and modern. We'll definitely be back. Can't recommend it enough!

We encountered…read moresignificant disturbances due to poor soundproofing, which made it unbearable, especially when traveling with a small child. For two of the three nights, the noise was excessive. During our last night, which much needed sleep, I contacted the front desk twice. The first time, I was told security would address the loud group on the patio. On my second call, I was advised to approach the guests myself to ask them to lower their volume, which I found quite shocking. When I requested the staff's name, she began to spell it out instead of simply stating it, and ultimately hung up on me. Given that we paid over $500/per night was too much for not getting much sleep. As well as the lack of support and rude service were very disappointing. I hope future guests take note of this issue and similar other reviews about the excessive noise level likely due to lack of soundproofing.

We were in search of a place where we could rent the entire property for our wedding and wanted a place where we could offer all of the ages of the family something to do at any given moment. This place delivered!! My best friend and I called this place on a roadtrip because we found it on google and thought it was worth a shot and Chris the owner answered and was so kind and thoughtful that we detoured and stopped to meet him there in the middle of winter. We chose this place because of him and the fabulous, well kept property. We talked with Chris and his wife several times prior to our August wedding and they were patient with our planning process and able to accommodate all of our requests. We cannot thank them enough for the use of the clubhouse and pool! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made our stay truly unforgettable.  Chris and his wife Angie, the staff and property were more than we could have dreamed up! The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in a picturesque setting that offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere of the Wisconsin River. It was the perfect site for our wedding and family gathering, providing a beautiful backdrop for our special day and ample space for all our guests to relax and enjoy.  The owners went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
