I want to share my experience regarding the noise levels during our recent stay. We encountered…read moresignificant disturbances due to poor soundproofing, which made it unbearable, especially when traveling with a small child. For two of the three nights, the noise was excessive. During our last night, which much needed sleep, I contacted the front desk twice. The first time, I was told security would address the loud group on the patio. On my second call, I was advised to approach the guests myself to ask them to lower their volume, which I found quite shocking. When I requested the staff's name, she began to spell it out instead of simply stating it, and ultimately hung up on me. Given that we paid over $500/per night was too much for not getting much sleep. As well as the lack of support and rude service were very disappointing. I hope future guests take note of this issue and similar other reviews about the excessive noise level likely due to lack of soundproofing.

I was left to find alternate lodging with everything else in green lake already booked. I am sure it is a nice place but my situation was handled very poorly and i will not be seeking lodging here in the future.

This review is overdue, we recently had the pleasure of staying at Cedar Lake Lodge and Settlement…read morein Wisconsin Dells, and I cannot rave enough about this incredible property and its amazing owners. We were in search of a place where we could rent the entire property for our wedding and wanted a place where we could offer all of the ages of the family something to do at any given moment. This place delivered!! My best friend and I called this place on a roadtrip because we found it on google and thought it was worth a shot and Chris the owner answered and was so kind and thoughtful that we detoured and stopped to meet him there in the middle of winter. We chose this place because of him and the fabulous, well kept property. We talked with Chris and his wife several times prior to our August wedding and they were patient with our planning process and able to accommodate all of our requests. We cannot thank them enough for the use of the clubhouse and pool! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made our stay truly unforgettable.  Chris and his wife Angie, the staff and property were more than we could have dreamed up! The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in a picturesque setting that offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere of the Wisconsin River. It was the perfect site for our wedding and family gathering, providing a beautiful backdrop for our special day and ample space for all our guests to relax and enjoy.  The owners went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Their dedication to excellence and genuine care for their guests truly set Cedar Lake Lodge and Settlement apart.  Whether you're planning a wedding, a family reunion, or just a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend Cedar Lake Lodge and Settlement. It is a hidden gem in Wisconsin Dells that offers unparalleled beauty, comfort, and hospitality. We can't wait to return!   Highly recommend that you rent a boat for some amazing photos and head next door to rent tubes to float down the river! My whole family loved using the tickets to Noah's Ark and the Big Cat Sanctuary.
