My grandmother too, but she didn't get to partake in this all girl's road trip on 11/24/21 to the small town of Littlefield, TX. Waymores is part liquor store and part tribute to Jennings. If you're lucky, you'll catch a family member like we did (Jennings's sister-in-law, Helen) to give us a brief tour of their memorabilia room (or as some reviews refer to as the museum). She shared so many neat stories about Jennings and their family. We were grateful we caught her in time before lunch. On the way out, I picked up a small black Waylon t-shirt, a bottle of tequila for my brother, and a bottle of whiskey for my dad for $58.43. Debit or credit is accepted. I wore the t-shirt to a lunch buffet later that week with extended family. My dad laughingly told me that a guy behind him waiting in line read the words on the back of my new shirt in a sort of dumbfounded way. The shirt says, "I've always been crazy..." (a song Jennings wrote and recorded) Had I heard this guy, I would have belted out the rest of the words... "But it's kept me from going insane."
