The chicken pieces are juicy and cut just right in size. I sat inside, place was clean, as soon as people left building the table was cleaned. Ladies taken order smiled and were patient, it took me a bit to decide. The drive-thru is non-stop busy, this place is popular, and the food don't lie..very tasty. There is plenty of seating, a little chilly, bathrooms very clean. The bowl was perfect, if your trying to be on the healthier side, I suggest chicken bowl with double meat, double vegis (especially cabbage) and easy on rice. That's what ill have next time. Thank you for the yummy bowl. Oh I forgot to mention the good tea, had unsweetened tea, Loved it.

I went on a saturday when the selection is more limited and I guess the super creative flavors had already sold out, but my friends and I bought a half dozen to sample. Along with solid basics like chocolate and vanilla with buttercream icings, they had two versions of pineapple, one with a buttercream coconut icing and the other with a whipped cream icing with crunchy sugar crystals. Even though I was only able to sample their more basic flavors, their light, non greasy cake and ability to make a cupcake without being overly sweet, won me over. The only thing to note, it would be best to go there Tuesday through Friday as Friday is their last baking day of the week. They are closed Sunday and Monday. Also, I tried their chipotle, pecan brownie bite - delicious and spicy!

Want to preface that I ABSOLUTELY want this business to succeed. We have nothing like this in…read moreClovis so when they were announced I was more excited than I have been about any other recent new business announcements (even What A Burger). The location has known challenges in size and parking but those are workable and honestly after the first major rush not a consistent issue. Their pretzels are also FANTASTIC! Definitely 4-5 star worthy on their own merit. Delicious savory and sweet options that with the dips are out of this world and honestly worth putting up with everything else just to get. However, the customer service needs MAJOR improvements. Sadly it was some of the worst I have experienced in Clovis. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive and the manager was confrontational and extremely passive aggressive. My wife and I actually opted to eat our food in the car instead of inside as we had planned because of the confrontational and uncomfortable nature of the staff interactions. Honestly if it wasn't for the food this review would be a 1 star but this town NEEDS this establishment and the food is as noted fantastic so I sincerely hope that the management makes major changes in staff training and mindset. If management is willing to take feedback and be proactive in self-improvement this business has a long and bright future. Hoping they make the changes because this could become one of the best places in town if they do.
