I found myself in unfamiliar territory with two dogs and no spare in hot weather but right next to this shop. I asked for help. They don't normally service Rivians, so they didn't have the tire size I needed. They didn't know me and I'm not a local--so they had nothing to gain and had no reason to think they'd see me again. But three guys swarmed like a NASCAR team (not quite, but it sure felt that way), did a temporary fix to get me to a store that had the right tires, gave me good advice, and dropped everything they were working on in order to do it. They're good people. It's safe for real customers to assume they're honest, fair, do good work and will take care of them. Sincere thanks to you guys.

I traveled from South Louisiana to purchase a Palomino Real Lite 1608, and I could not be happier!…read more Our salesperson, jacob, was probably one of the most professional, polite, and down to earth sales people I have ever dealt with in any industry. He spent hours with us going through every little detail of our new truck camper, even before we purchased it. After the sale, the service was spectacular! There was an issue with the air conditioner, that did not come with the truck camper and purchased separately, and I did not even have to drive back to Texas as they worked with a local Coleman certified Air conditioning dealer near my house. I am beyond happy, and highly encourage anybody to call Jacob if you were in the market for a new truck camper or rv! Trust me, nobody can beat their price or service!

Unfortunately, the bottom cover wish they had to remove to fix the problem, (In my opinion) was not secured properly and eventually came loose the next day, while driving home from work. I contacted them and they seem very sympathetic at first on the phone, but when I got there, the blame was shifted to (catalytic converter thefts)! i've had this car now for over a year and any kind of dismantling or theft done to it, and I am positive that is NOT the case here. my question is an establishment taking ownership of mistakes. not done intentionally but just a honest mistake! I was definitely disappointed in this, regardless of how long a Business has been established. it is common sense in anything in life that mistakes have and will be made here or there, because we're all not perfect! I have the upmost respect for those who own up to a mistake and take of them care of it, no questions asked! I still highly recommend them for excellent muffler repairs and installing jobs. No hard feelings, but disappointed for not owning up to a possible mistake, because this was not an incident to be blaming on something else! again, the quality done to the muffler was but the outcome due to putting things back together getting the job done , very poor.

Jake at Fast Lane was a savior!…read more I had drove from San Antonio to Cooperas Cove to purchase a vehicle however, I had some concerns prior to purchasing it and needed to access to a vehicle lift (lowered muscle car) I rolled up to Fast Lane on a late Monday afternoon just minutes after closing. As I walked-in a gentleman seemed to be closing the books for the day and looked like the only person around. He greeted me and I apologized for being "that guy" and explained my situation. With a positive attitude and smile on his face Jake said let's take a look Sir. He crawled under the car for a few minutes with a flashlight and then said let's put it on the lift and see if we can take a better look and address your concerns. While on the lift he discovered some minor issues I was unaware of yet, deemed the car safe to drive. With Jakes help I was able to get the seller to work with me on the price and drive my "new to me" car home -- with peace of mind. PRICELESS. Very pleased with the service, professionalism and honesty at Fast Lane Auto. BIG shout out to Jake on choosing to provide outstanding customer service and a job well done! Thank you.
