I've had other experiences where the companies go straight to cutting out drywall and costing us way more money in the end. He was a dark complected caucasian from working outside most of his life. Also, he always wore a pencil mustache his entire life. Schermesser was given a recent photograph and father's favorite suite. Private family viewing for a few hours one day and general viewing for a longer time the next were the arrangements. We were shocked to find father with a bright pink complexion(picture a lady's powder blush compact) of a new born babe and clean shaven for the 1st time in his adult life. As shocking as that was, on the day of general viewing, before transportation to the cemetery we had to pick several beetles off dad's body and were plagued with flies swarming around the casket for the entire viewing. When we complained we were told insects come in with the flowers and there is nothing that can be done about them. I'm getting old, but I have never seen Pepto Bismo Pink used for make-up, and bugs never joined in the ceremonies.

However, what I didn't care for was the lack of inventory ( the store might have been a little sparse since they are just starting out) & the high prices. I comprehend the amount of hard work that goes into upcycling, I participate in this hobby myself; however the piece you see in the pic I provided was over $300.00! I could see if the sink was actually functional but it is strictly decorative... bases from old Singer sewing machines can be picked up @ flea markets starting at $25.00 & a used door @ Habitat for the same. I'm not saying don't shop here, just make sure you have a few pay checks saved up beforehand & that you bring a large van or truck as most of the furniture is too large for the average car.

Dan was on time and, took the time with me which lead to us discussing a problem area I had but, never thought I could afford to resolve. Because of Dan taking the time with me to discuss. In the end, Dan proposed a solution and it was one I could afford! In scheduling the work, again, I was blown away! Dan is clearly very organized and a great communicator. The Rock work is absolute perfection! In closing, I'm so happy to know that I can afford to have this work done, that I no longer can do myself. There was so much work that needed to be done and they did it all and more. They also cleaned up all the branches, trimmed all my bushes, cut down trees, planted flowers and trees, pulled out a few dead trees for me, sprayed all the weeds, picked up all the logs and dead tree branches around the house, cut my grass, cleaned driveway and so much more. I had a few wasp nests that I was not aware of and they made sure they told me were they are were located and what to do. Beyond happy with the crew and how knowledgeable they are.
