Zach seems like a great guy. I hate to slam the job he did but so many things could have been…read more improved. Like finishing the job. The shower curtain door only had sealant on the bottom. The grout wasn't sealed. Water didn't bead and soaked right in. The shower control handle was mounted at an angle. I paid him around the 6th of January, he didn't start work until the 20th. There were several delays of wich some were the responsibility of my wife and myself, others were snow, flat tire, had to replace the brakes and had to replace a starter. I had to clean up after his crew everyday. Grout equipment had been cleaned in the bathroom sink causing a clog. He sent someone to run a snake down the pipe and that kid said (after I'd removed the trap and poured out sand) that the pipes were just rusty and it wasn't their fault at all. I had to clean up after him. By February 25, I gave up, sealed the grout, caulked around the shower door, filled in some holes and started working on the drywall. Update, March 7th. Zach was out of town when I posted the review. He did come over, review the room and agree with most of what I pointed out. He will send over folk to complete the bathroom and is being more than fair about it. Don't make the mistakes I made (not contacting him with problems or concerns) and I know you'll be satisfied with his work.

After a 'similar' (I use the word very loosely) previous introduction received from one of your competitors, this was a breath of fresh air. The competing vendor applied several high-pressure tactics that I thought (hoped) had died some decades ago. That group also appeared to be only interested in an instant sale, with no concern as to what was right for me or the house; and actually left me feeling disgusted. Only because the tub was actually damaged (not just an aesthetic replacement), I had to press ahead. Fortunately, that is when I met Donal. Subsequent to our first meeting, Donal showed a distinctly high level of ownership and professionalism. I never felt pressured, he guided me sensibly through considerations and each question I've had was responded to in a timely and thorough manner. When installation efforts began, I met Jake. Now- I wouldn't have guessed that I'd have so much consideration for a bathroom installation, but his work has been outstanding. With 30 years work experience behind me, I've run countless teams and projects, in the states and abroad. Even with this background, I don't recall another individual with this combination of proactive friendly service, skill and quality delivery. To be honest, if I thought he was interested in IT, I would try to steal him away (I'm only a little bit kidding on that last point). Lacking that, I really appreciate the quality experience of this installation. So in summary, this install was a great experience; so much so that I don't even apologize now for sounding long-winded or overly effusive. Subscribing to the ideology that business success is reliant on the relationships built by its staff, I'd anticipate Re-bath has many successful years to come. Scheduled work for two days later and then no answer - we are now two weeks later. Don't fall for the 5 star reviews - the "customer" has only reviewed one company, when all the rest are 1 star (No need to overthink it). He doesn't answer, respond to text, or communicates at all. He makes excuses and places blame on AHS. AHS said that he qualifies for them despite the reviews. Hopefully that changes. Last thing he texted me was "my work will speak for itself" It sure has. Don't trust a thing this company says.
