Always fast and great service, so I was surprised to see some of the comments here. Well, before posting I went in and asked a few questions while my order was being processed. First off, they have the right amount of people working there. They are a high volume store, yet corporate does not allow additional machinery. So therein lies the rub. There is a great staff of hard working folks. The store is most usually clean, but when the Junior High School lets out - the kids kind of trash the place (and they are obnoxious too) but the staff cleans it up quickly. DD West Bridgewater makes one heck of a cappuccino and latte. No negatives whatsoever.

They have a wide wide array of frozen and prepared foods. They have ready to eat foods like salad, salads, and entrées, sandwiches, burritos, and more. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The prices are good, not too high. Some of their foods may be slightly higher than a traditional grocery store, but the quality is far superior I believe. The downside with Trader Joe's is that it is always crowded in the spaces seem to be smaller than some of the other grocery store establishments. I actually enjoy shopping at Trader Joe's because I feel as though I'm getting really nutritious options and a wide array of them. Among the foods that I would recommend there are their ready-made salads because we don't often have time to make our meals the next day for when we go to work. They also have a variety of frozen soups, which are terrific. They have organic tomato roasted red pepper soup, lobster bisque, (my daughter's favorite), tomato feta (one of my favorites), and lemonade chicken orzo! They also have ice cream here but I'm not a fan of ice cream. Every time I come here the working crew is always so sweet and attentive. They work fast and keep me happy always. Her customer service skills are nonexistent and not here at all. it's extremely rude to assume we were stealing apples when we obviously had a bag with the logo of the farm. Why would anyone jump to the conclusion that we were stealing? I definitely didn't like the experience and I won't be coming back here. I would rather take my business elsewhere where I can shop in peace and enjoy family time. If they're going to be this unhappy and rude, don't work at a farm. Simple.
