They do an amazing job from start to finish, everything has come back perfect every time. My husband tends to leave things in his pockets but they always find and return them, including $20 bills. From day one they knew us by name which makes dropping off and picking up a breeze. This is the only store my kids will beg to visit (the lollipops help!) We recently moved from the area and of all the places we miss the most, Whitpain Cleaners ranks highest. It's not easy to find a business that values integrity and family in this day and age, but this one does. It'll be hard to find another place we trust as much here in our new state!

I called all around asking if any local cleaners could accommodate this overnight request. Of course, they were all saying "no." When I called First Blue Bell, the woman calmly said "yes!" I was a little bit nervous that I wouldn't get the trousers back in time, but they were ready when promised and they were nicely cleaned and pressed - looked great! Price was reasonable. Decided to give this place a shot with some basic tailoring (pants hemming) and it went great! I gave the tailor a suit pant and a pair of pants made out of stretchy polyester, and she hemmed both without any issues and did a good job (stretchy pants can be an issue sometimes if they end up stretching out the fabric during the alteration process). To top it off the place is clean, well lit, and spacious (some of the center city tailors I've gone to are pretty cramped in comparison). The tailor makes her own masks among other things so seems like she definitely knows her way around a sewing machine. She passed the first test so I'll be going back for round two with some more complicated alterations. One nice little bonus is that the tailor also alters her own son's clothes, and it sounds like he prefers slimmer cuts for his clothes. Korean guys tend to have high fashion standards, so if she works on her own son's clothes then she's gotta have at least some experience making clothes slimmer and more modern looking. From my experience not every tailor agrees with or wants to make your coat or pants as slim as you want it, or they'll edge on the more conservative traditional side (read: boxy and old fashioned), so hearing her talk about her son's clothes like this was definitely a plus.
