The girl wrote down passenger front noise. also, I told her when you put it in reverse it makes the noise.so they do the work. I bring it back and I told them it's still making the noise. She said I have to wait two weeks for an appointment. I'm thinking OK I just paid day before.I asked them if they could just listen to it while I back it up. I didn't want to leave there until someone listened to it. She said it would take a a really long time . I said I'll wait. Five minutes later some kid comes out. I asked him if he was the one did that worked on it. He said yes,.I backed it up. He listened to it. He said yes I'll put it up on the lift . He says it's .the right side the passenger front . and I said that's why I came in .then why isn't it fixed. well we must've missed it. I said missed it? well, did you take it out for a test drive? He said yes. I said did you back it up? He said no. I said I told the girl and she wrote it down in her notes that you need to back it up that's where the noise was coming from he said I didn't know that .I said what do you mean you don't know? I asked him if he checked the right side he said yes .If you checked it why isn't it fixed? I repeated myself he said I must've missed it .I walked away. He walked away. I turned around and he gave me the finger. And I said did you just give the finger and he said yes. With a big smileAnd they were all laughing. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow morning. there was people sitting behind the desk LAUGHING (I will be calling the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BRIGHT AND EARLY TOMORROW )

    I unfortunately have had to visit this Firestone twice in the last month due to flat tires on two…read moredifferent vehicles. Both times I have been in an extreme hurry and Steve, the Manager, was so great about getting me in and taking care of quickly and efficiently. I also bought for new tires a few months back and the tire sensor was having trouble registering but they kept working until the got it fixed. I highly recommended this Firestone location.

    I brought my fully operable vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Auburn, MA on June 28, 2026…read morefor a routine coolant exchange and oil change. During the service, I was informed that the radiator failed while Firestone was performing the coolant flush, leaving my vehicle inoperable. I arrived with a working car and left unable to drive it due to what occurred during their service. Imagine how shocked I was after being told I could not retrieve my vehicle and drive home. Note, this left me without transportation home and subsequently to work on Monday. I was told I would need a new radiator at a cost of $1,300. At no point prior to the service was I advised of any issue with the radiator or any risk that it could not safely undergo a standard coolant exchange. The failure occurred during Firestone's service, yet I was still presented with the cost of repair rather than a clear assumption of responsibility. Drew, the Service Advisor, attempted to back me into a corner verbally and became frustrated when I presented a differing opinion to his. Let me quickly add that Drew attempted to back me into a corner to complete additional services with them that would've run me over $5,000. I left extremely dissatisfied and beyond concerned about what I would consider very questionable business practices, inexperienced technicians, and poor customer service.
