If…read moreyou purchase or trade with this business make sure your paperwork is in order- they may try to say you don't need it, but you do! Make sure everything they offer is documented! My husband Traded a Harley motorcycle in presteign condition for 4 Wheeler to go hunting and use around the house. Being Located next to a highway it was not where he could test drive it beforehand. He got the 4 Wheeler home and it ran long enough to get off the back of the truck. We called them & he told them exactly what was wrong and they said they would fix it at no cost to my husband. We took it back over to 3C and after keeping it for months, were able to go pick it backup. It ran for all of an hour before it quit again. 3C did not replace the part my husband had initially told them was messed up when we had taken it the 1st time but after having it an additional month and a 1/2 they come to realize that what my husband had told them was wrong was exactly what was wrong with it. My husband received a call to let him know they had replace a sensor & would be replacing the part he had told them was messed up and that they charged him for it as well as the labor. We also found out not only had they lied about the condition of the 4 Wheeler previously telling us they had ridden it every day at their home, but also the 4 Wheeler he had traded for ended up being 2 years older than they had said it was. The owner recognized that yes he had told my husband it would be repaired to running order at no cost to him, but He wasn't putting any more money in repairing the 4 Wheeler he had sold and he was no longer going to honor that. Not only does this business not stand by what they sale, they do not stand by their work and most importantly they do not stand by their word.
