First appointment, they called me and canceled because new windshield came in cracked, ok I guess. Week 3- Re-scheduled for next week, on my way (30 miles away) got a text saying they forgot to order new windshield and I needed to re-schedule again, I find this unacceptable. They did offer to put new wipers on my truck when/if they ever got windshield in. Wow, wipers are brand new too,Get it together Safelite in Hickory, it's not that hard, I think I'll go somewhere else...

Story time. This place is trash by the way. So I hit a deer on a Sunday it shattered my windshield…read more I went online and booked an appointment for Saturday. They let me know that they were there and they were going to get started on the repair. But before they started the work he needed my debit card, so I gave him my card, when most companies ask for your debit card after the work is done. And they proceeded to fix my windshield, then I get a call saying they can't do the work because the deer damaged the pinch weld and they wouldn't be able to set it right, ok I get it, this review is not because the work not getting done, the review is because they charged my debit card for services not rendered. So I call the tech and he says he called his supervisor and said it should be put back instantly, it wasn't. Then I called him back and he said within 24 hours, it wasn't. So I called them Monday and they say it's not showing a charge on their end, so i sent him the receipt to show that the money was taken out of my account through email. So now im waiting for them to get back in touch with me. I have sent my car to another shop to get the pinch weld fixed and glass put in at the same place. So here is my review 1- place is straight Trash. 2. Customer Service-Trash. 3. Overall experience-Trash. Would not recommend, find another glass company, so you don't get robbed!! Overall rating- GARBAGE!!
