He accepted a job for a slab for a garage in November 2017 and took $1,200 for material that he has yet to provide receipts for. I'm insisting we work something out before I take him and his business to court and put a lien on anything he owns, turn into IRS, along with a horrible review of his name and business. We have had Ray complete several projects for us and he has always delivered quality work for a fair and competitive price. The first job we had Ray bid on required access to a new patio and a wall for a swim spa all tied into an existing retaining wall. It was a complicated design and out of all four bids I was happiest with Ray's design and he was at the lower end of price as well. Ray told me once that he was taught "Every stone counts". That shows in his work.

Even after a full day of paving, he took the time to come by, measure our driveway, and had a detailed bid ready in under ten minutes. About a month later, he let me know they were doing work in the neighborhood and offered us a discount since his equipment was already nearby. We decided to move forward, and he had the entire job completed in just two days! My husband is usually very particular, and even he had nothing but praise for the quality and professionalism of their work. Tommy and his crew did a fantastic job...efficient, reliable, and honest. Highly recommend!

He was up front with all cost considerations, including worst case scenario issues, so we knew the full best case and worst case range going in to the project (and not surprisingly, we came in somewhere in the middle, the additional costs were all associated to city requirements associated to the permit). The project timeline was great, they made incredible progress on all days where the weather cooperated, and he kept us informed of next steps every step of the way. I couldn't recommend Rusty highly enough. We talked to 4-5 contractors that were happy to do an estimate and let us figure everything else out, Rusty provided the above and beyond service that we absolutely had to have just to get the project started. Richard Powell was recommended to me by a couple of different neighbors along with another company…read more I received proposals from both, and they came in within 3% of each other. Richard, owner of Streamlined Environmental Services, came out to walk the property with me, understand what I needed, and answer any questions. The other contractor sent out a (junior) technician. He certainly seemed qualified but often responded to my questions with "I'll have to check with my boss". Another minor concern was that I needed some electrical work done for the new pump and control board. Richard included that with his proposal where the other company advised I would have to contract with an electrician for that piece. Streamlined installed a top-notch system, we're on-time, professional, completed the job as promised, and cleaned up everything. I was impressed with how little my yard was torn up upon conclusion of the job.
