I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!). She came back a second day when my dad ran out of energy for visitors to be over. That was huge! The dedication to the job was just what we needed to get it done. Thanks Victory!

I thought…read morethe owner was so sweet and completely trusted her to finish the job the previous cleaners didn't. They did a walkthrough of the entire three bedroom house and quoted me $300. My primary concern was the kitchen and dining room floor and they claimed in texts that they cleaned the kitchen floor but they absolutely did not and I have dated photos showing that. The only parts they completed were the fridge which I had already mostly cleaned, the microwave, and the stove which I told them I had already completed as well. They didn't touch the freezer which I hadn't done, and the stove was just old and maybe looked like the grills weren't clean but they were. The only thing they got done that wasn't already nearly completed was the living room floor and microwave. I really appreciated the work they did in the living room, it was so helpful as we were moving and helped us have somewhat of a fresh space to move into, but that's all they did. They had a family emergency and couldn't finish which is totally understandable and I get why they were unable to come back and complete the job. However the owner then asked for payment and said we should look elsewhere with no clarification on an adjustment to the quoted price. When I asked she said she wanted me to pay $275. My major concern was the floors in the kitchen and dining room which I made very clear. They went through my entire house and swiped dust with their fingers making notes about how the previous cleaners missed so much yet somehow thought it was reasonable to nearly charge me the full quoted amount when they only completed one room themselves. I told them I wouldn't be paying that since they didn't even complete half of the work. I paid $150 instead and that was it. Very disappointed, they were so kind but I do really feel like the owner was trying to take advantage of us. I absolutely do not recommend and do not trust them.

I called the office to complain and the lady tried to help by sending someone out the next day, my husband and I had already spent 3 hours cleaning what they should have done. I didn't need them now. I just wanted some of my money back. The owner is refusing to call me he has had plenty of time to offer to correct the issue.

I requested a clear quote upfront, which was never provided…read more Despite giving clear instructions on the work needed, they charged me extra, tried to charge for bulk pickup, and failed to paint the house as agreed. My friend, who was there in my place (since I'm stationed in Korea), made it clear that painting was required, yet they claimed she said the tenant would handle it--something that doesn't make sense given the house had to be ready before anyone moved in. To make matters worse, my realtor, someone I trust, visited the house and confirmed that the work was not completed properly. She even called the company to explain that the house needed to be finished, but they continued to disrespect me by dismissing my concerns. My friend had to purchase their own equipment to finish the work that was supposed to be done. What was supposed to be completed on Friday dragged on the whole weekend, and it's still not finished as of March 23rd. I asked for this job to be done before the 16th, and I'm still waiting. They claimed I wasn't overcharged, but the work they did was so poor that I could have done it myself for free. I'm now dealing with more stress than if I had handled everything myself. I will be attaching photos to warn future clients about this company. As a military member stationed abroad, I trusted them to handle the job, and they failed miserably. They demanded full payment before the job was done and now are blaming me. My house is still incomplete, and despite having cameras and a friend checking in, they continue to drop the ball. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They deserve a zero-star rating, but I'm giving them one only because I have to.

As far as overall quality and attention detail, things missed like dusting of airvents and hair in shower drains/leftover cleaning film in one of the tubs. But overall, very fast response, responsive to needs over phone/text considering the circumstances (booked everything 5 hour timezone behind). Was able to see photos and videos of job after and before. Quick refund for mowing services that werent completed due to weather circumstances. UPDATE: owner reached out immediately to offer to remedy minor defiencies. Appreciated the gesture nonetheless despite my mother-in-law already correcting the issues.

The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. They were very efficient and quick. They were also very polite. The hunks part is explained on the pic of the truck that I posted. It was a very nice experience as far as moving goes and pretty reasonable w the price as well. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends. There wasn't much to report that is negative. when I think about it nothing really. Very positive about this company plus they donated two meals to charity w every move.
