I believe good things come to those who wait, so wait I did. As promised, Liz called this afternoon. They came out and ended up needing to drill our lock because of the new safety features it had. We also wanted our locks rekeyed to all match, and they were so patient as I went hunting for all of the sets. Rob also made sure all of the locks and door jams aligned. They explained everything and went above and beyond to take care of us, including getting rained on! They didn't do the floors (there was still dog hair on the stained concrete), they didn't clean the toilet, and they only dusted some of the things and others were obviously not dusted. On top of that, they brought down a bag of trash from upstairs and instead of taking it out (like it said they would do on the website) and put it in the kitchen next to the trash can and something in it leaked all over the floor while I was in class that afternoon. They also continually yelled to each other up and down the stairs obnoxiously while I told them I was studying in the other room. On top of all of that, I called Mama Bear about 10 minutes after they left and told them all of this (except for the trash situation which I didn't find until later) and the woman on the phone assured me she would have a manager call me to process a refund, which never happened. I wasted $160 for them to throw dirt around my house and for me to have to clean it anyway since I had people coming in town. If they could at least refund me and own up to their mistakes it wouldn't be nearly as bad. I will NEVER hire them again and I suggest you don't either!
