I have been trying to locate materials to fix this myself and it was tiring because there aren't any local manufacturers of this type of fencing (PVC/vinyl). All-Star Fence said "No problem." They let me know ahead of time it would take about 4 weeks or so to get the materials. Then once the materials were in, all I had to do was schedule them to come out. They were fast!! Turned out to be a simple case of the gate's hinges needing a simple adjustment, which Kelvin did in under 5 minutes. Even though the 1-year warranty on the work had expired, they didn't charge at all-- which was super appreciated. I had worried that Filli's was somehow different because of the new name, but they're not. If anything, they're even better, with real time texts to let me know when their guy was on the way.
