It's consistently the cleanest facility we've experienced, and the atmosphere truly stands out. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and always goes above and beyond. They have TVs with closed captioning for entertainment This location had an upstairs area which is different, and there were elevators available. Women's and men's locker rooms were available with lockers to use (you have to bring your own lock though) and they have grab and go beverages for purchase. It took me a second to adjust to the Megaformer, but I ended up really liking it! Kenna was my instructor, and she was incredible! There were a few newbies in my class (myself included), and she did an amazing job explaining the movements and helping us with our form. She was constantly checking in on everyone, even with the class nearly full. I was really impressed. I loved the studio and Kenna's energy. This location is one of the nicer and newer EOS and while some of my favorite instructors (Sidney Ford) teaches here, I don't find myself popping in. It's a bit too long of a commute for my fitness class needs. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. They make it extremely difficult to cancel memberships, they hardly ever have anyone working at the gym, so any questions are not answered. When trying to discuss options on cancellation or turning off auto renewal they claim to not be able to help. They become defensive and abrasive, my wife and I have been trying to contact their billing department for months on end. No responses. Literally feels like an absolute scam. Do not go to this gym! It's expensive, zero customer service and honestly not enough equipment. They don't deserve your hard earned money. Take the cheaper option of EŌS if you need 24/7 gyms. Take Mountainside if you're looking for better quality, and good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating to have to give so much money to this horrible company.
