Originally my wife and I expected a really basic 2X4 railing and quick ladder construction. Very simple design. Well Kevin had other ideas and we are really glad we listened. He knocked it out of the park and to say it exceeded our expectation would be an understatement. His work is quality. Not only will the kids enjoy it for years, but he added quality square footage which we'll definitely get a return should we sell. He is extremely communicative, very reliable, detailed oriented and most importantly does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to do it. That last part is extremely hard to find in any part of the construction industry in Flagstaff.

May I say that this of the last 3 building experiences was by far the best my wife and I have…read moredesigned for Bob and his crews at B3 to build for us. Bob and Jake always had the answer for us even when I thought I knew what the answer was during the process. We shopped with 4 other builders prior to selecting B3 and I am very proud of our decision. There were some areas that I overlooked but Bob acted accordingly with the correct decision and action. I must admit I was a bit skeptical at the beginning when rainy weather started to slow us down but somehow he and his team caught up even with the record breaking snowfall of the winter of 22-23. As a property owner purchased before hiring B3 Bob helped us like no other Contractor would do by staying on our budget as that was the original plan for this new home build. His employees are among the best Craftsmen I've come across ever. Every time I asked of something, Bob or his crew were there to help me regardless of the task. I would recommend reaching out to me via this site if you have any questions with regards to Bob Harris and his magical company to bring your dream alive. Garry A. Flagstaff Az.

After the death of my father I needed to get his home ready for sale. I do not live in Flagstaff…read more Bob came over to the house on a Saturday and spent several hours with me going through the house top to bottom, inside and out discussing the things that would need to be repaired, removed or modified to make the home safe and ready for sale. There was quite a laundry list as it was a 27 year old home. After i went back to the valley and Bob and his crew started working on things, I received a call from Bob to let me know that there were a few things that we had discussed that if they moved forward with how we had previously discussed would put me way out of my repair budget, and asked how i would like to proceed rather than doing them anyway and me having a surprise at the end. It was February when he had to work on the property which meant there was snow to contend with and things were still completed in a timely manner and I was able to list the house on the original planned date. I would not hesitate to recommend B3 construction to anyone in need of repairs/modifications to their home - especially if you want it done right!
