UPDATE: ironically even though the "owner claimed was removed from their harassing marketing lists…read moreI still as of today 4/10/2026 receive regular email communications. I'm not sure why they continue to reach out but ID LIKE TO BE LEFT ALONE PLEASE!!! As someone who has purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, Maus Nissan of Brooksville I can confidently say is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with bar none. In 2023 I went to this dealership and purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT. What drew me to this vehicle was the competitive price listed online, so a couple of friends and I went to go see it. I brought my trade and sat down with a sales person. After I test drove the car I told him I wanted to move forward. After letting someone else demo the car in front of me while they had my approval in hand and after a few hours i reluctantly decided to move forward. Once I got into finance I was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty that I did not want in order to get a rate I more than qualified before. The whole car buying experience was stressful from the start, and you would think that would be the end of it. But no, they manage to make it worse. Within 30 days I sold the vehicle because I was not satisfied with its condition. Regardless of warranty, with how poorly I was treated I wanted nothing to do with this dealer. So I traded the car in and had to still return to get my extended warranty refunded. Fortunately that was the least stressful part of my whole interaction with them. The reason why I am writing this review is because since this purchase I have received non stop calls, text messages, and emails from people at this dealership. FOR YEARS even though I do not own the car that I purchased from them and after several times telling whoever called me to leave me alone the calls persist. The number is blocked, yet I constantly receive voicemails still. I hope whoever at Maus Nissan reading this removed my name from whatever list it is on. I am tired of being harassed. Don't ever go to this dealer, and if you unfortunately do you may need a new number and email in order to be left alone.

I try to be fair when leaving reviews, but this experience with Buick GMC of Brooksville left me…read moredisappointed. Before visiting, I had both phone and email communication and was very clear that I didn't want to make an hour-long drive unless we were reasonably close on price. I was reassured that we were, especially given it was the last day of the month and quarter and that they would be willing to work with me. When I arrived, the person I had been communicating with wasn't even there, and the sales team had no awareness of our prior conversation. I had to explain everything again from the beginning. I also made it clear I wanted to discuss numbers before test driving to ensure we were aligned. The numbers presented were not close to what had been implied. The out-the-door price I expected to be around $62,000 was significantly higher. The sales manager even verbally suggested a lower number in person, only for that number to change again after I left, increasing by nearly $2,000. To their credit, everyone was polite, but the overall process felt disorganized and inconsistent. I understand negotiation is part of buying a vehicle, but clear communication and transparency matter, especially when someone is traveling a significant distance based on what they've been told. I would recommend getting firm, written numbers before making the trip to Buick GMC of Brooksville.

I took my car to Brooksville GMC to repair engine damage caused by a rodent. The Service Advisor…read moredidn't contact me with any updates for the first four days. I had to call in, wait on hold, be transferred to different departments, and had to leave voicemails. The advisor would tell me when the repairs would be complete. That would be followed up with another delay in the repairs being finished. (Parts being shipped, mechanics couldn't complete a repair, etc.) The final kick in the head came when I picked up the car. I was charged for several items I did not approve. Since my Advisor was unavailable, I spoke to another Advisor. He called my Advisor, and I was told the charges were correct. A Supervisor got involved. He was unwilling to discuss the extra charges. The bottom line is that I should just pay the bill. If it's on the invoice, then it's correct. There is no opportunity to question Brooksville GMC. Padding an invoice seems to be standard practice. Nobody at the dealership seemed surprised that a customer was complaining about over-charges. Obviously, enough new customers are coming in the doors that Brookville GMC can treat their customers poorly and expect they'll just suck it up.

Sales expert John, searched many dealers to find an exact match. John got in his car and brought it back while updating us on when we needed to arrive. At the same time he was coordinating with the inside team to align prep for delivery and making sure all documents were ready upon our arrival. The price was quite competitive and we were pleased with some discounts we were unaware of. We were quickly adopted and felt like we were part of a new family. We'll be back for sure!

I loved it. I told him I wanted 10 grand from my trade. And I said if they can offer me 10 let's do it. Or let's not waste each other's time if we can't! Because I'm going down the road to GMC. They offered me 5000 for my trade at the start. And then they said: they did everything they could to keep me there. I said ( I wanted 10 for my car from the beginning and I told you that) and if you give me 10k for mine? I'll buy your truck for $36k The Manager, (Brandon) was a complete ASSHOLE from the get go! Offering me this and that. I said. I told you 10k for mine or no deal from the start. As I didn't wanna waste anyone's time. We got to 9600k on my trade and he was still at 36,400 on his. I said you are gonna lose this deal for $800.00?!? He ( Brandon ) said you are gonna lose this truck for $800.00?!? I said: yeah, I told you from the beginning I want 10 grand for my trade-in and you tried robbing me from the start! And the advertise price of said truck was $36,395 with a line through it. ( see attached pics ) And when I sat down with them, they added 1200 for this, and 400 that.thats called (BAIT AND SWITCH) and that's illegal. Especially on top of the advertised price. I shook the salesman's hand, told him thank you for his time. And I told him his boss. (Brandon) was An asshole! I said, give me my key, And I walked out! I will never do business with them again! I would stay clear of this place! And definitely stay way from Brandon. He'll try to rob you faster than one of these crack heads on the corner!

I advised her I'm in Lutz Florida which is about an hour out and that didn't matter. We went back and fourth and she said she has a private buyer for trade-ins, so it would be best to stop by. That piqued my interest seeing that would help get more money for their truck. On Saturday 3/21/2026, I messaged her advising I was able to stop in. As I I mentioned before I'm an hour out. She wished me a happy birthday and even said when would have balloons for me. I show up and I'm greeted by Wayne. He asked me who I was there for, I told him Cher. He asked what vehicle I was there to see. Had me sit at his desk while he called Cher. She didn't answer, so he went to get her. He was gone for 5 minutes and returns to tell me the truck I was there for sold that morning. Now I told Cher I used to sell cars, but you don't have to be a salesman to see a clear bait and switch. He immediately offered the other two Lightning and I said no thank you got up, shook his hand and left. I messaged Cher as I was in my car ready to leave and she didn't apologize for not having the truck, but again let me know about the other trucks they had. I told her I didn't come for the bait and switch and I have not heard back from her yet. I wasted over two hours just in driving. If the dealership was closer, I probably wouldn't be as upset, but this was ridiculous. My experience here at Spring Hill Ford is one if the many reasons people hate going to the dealership. For Cher to do that, knowing I was a car salesman really shows they do not care what they do, just as long as they get you in. I will not be doing business with Spring Hill Ford. 3/21/26, 3/22/26, 3/23/26, 3/24/26 UPDATE:- Listing I mentioned. I don't know where to begin…read more I know. At the beginning. Not happy with the rhetoric I had to deal with in trying to work with this dealer. I gave him/them my story and told them I was driving over 400 miles to look at this car and that I needed to know everything that was an issue. he/they said solid car. Would not budge off of the advertised price. I offered him a number and he wouldn't meet my number. I didn't low-ball and I told him that I don't work that way. Drove over 400 miles/ 7+ hrs to see this car, based on these guy's word. Mistake. Don't take anybody's word, especially these guys. I wasted a whole day alone on these guys words. Wasted. Of course, me and my daughter had a great time on the trip, great conversation, no doubt. But the idea was to purchase a car that the Owner/salesman, verbally vouched for. Mistake. There were many flags on the play to purchase this car, but they kept reassuring me the car was sound. I bought your play guys. You got me down there. 7 hours round trip. Now I'm the dummy. A/c blowing hot. Was told that they replaced all the A/c components. What they did tell me when i was there was they replaced the "everything" on the a/c and a myriad of other stuff. The A/c compressor was reconditioned and from a supplier that he didn't know where they were. And he didn't know if there was a transferable warranty. Then I left the car running and went back out and when the throttle was increased from under the hood you could hear the valves rattling for the first slight pressure of the throttle, and once the revs came up the noise hid it self. Oil pump issue? timing chain issue? My honest opinion? Find a New Frontier to purchase your vehicle and DO NOT try to work with these guys. It cost me money and I didn't even buy the car. not only that but they were sure that they cold sell the car for that price......Hmmm. buyer with cash in hand and NEVER once offered me the car for any amount. no negotiation, no what would make you happy with this purchase. DROVE 400+ MILES, WITH CASH IN HAND!!! NEVER TRIED TO NEGOTIATE!!!!!!!!! AND i BROUGHT WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE!!!! Lastly, if you have to drive a distance to buy a car, ask all the right questions. And when you ask them if they can discount the price to help compensate your driving so far? And they saw something like..."It's up to you if you drive 5 miles of 500 miles to buy a car, its on you......" Listen to them, They don't give a rip about you. It's a business, they want your money not your friendship, not your happiness. Beware as the other person said.... a1
