I would like to give 0 stars. Want to start saying this…read moreplace is basically the "only" place in Lancaster that work the AC my car needs. Carlos did a diagnostic, and said was the evaporator. (Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

The company continues to say that the driver "thought" the Manheim Township police requested the tow. After investigating the incident, a police representative said not only didn't they request this tow, they NEVER request a tow from a handicap spot. If there is a violation, they ticket the vehicle. King's Towing has demonstrated that they are just one of the many tow companies that give the industry a bad name.

He towed the car out of the garage to the street. Reset to tow the car from the front and took it to the dealership. The ignition key cylinder was replaced so the car starts and runs fine. Some couldn't get to it for 2 days. I stopped at J & K Towing as shop number 5. They took me right in. The were friendly, knowledgeable and determined the leak was the hose, not the water pump. Yeah, you guessed; she was flat as a pancake, but I was able to wobble my Kia over to Hoovers Farm Market. I called my car insurance and asked for a tow - you don't have roadside service on your car insurance; What the heck?? I'm googling (wishing I could just shop at Hoovers), saw good reviews from JK Towing, asked for the price (which I felt decent); how long will it take you to get to me (25ish minutes - doable); called Costco and said I'll be there within the hour; they're like; yeah right. Sure enough, got picked up within the time frame promised. Costco was a mad house of crazed Thanksgiving shoppers, but this guy was very patient and weaved his truck/my car and was able to park it in the designated tire parking spot, with swift expertise.
