I had put a guitar foot pedal on layaway and the first thing I asked before placing the foot pedal on layaway was "do you have the cord that's suppose to go with it?". The guy I'd asked proceeded to go check in the back and returned with the answer "yes there is a cord for the foot pedal." So I put it on layaway. I paid on it a few months and then decided to go ahead and just pay for it and get it out of layaway. They go and get it and bring it to me in the original box (which I was pretty excited about). I leave and get all the way home and once I get a chance to get it out I anxiously do so. But then guess what?? No cord in the box! So I'm pretty put out because I'd asked before putting it on layaway. I'm hoping it just got overlooked or something. I call and speak to the blond lady who I had purchased it from just hours earlier. She goes to look and has no luck finding the cord. She then asked me if I would be ok waiting for the cord to arrive if they ordered it. Reluctantly, I said yes that'd be fine. She asked me the model number and everything (at the time it wasn't in front of me, but she figured it out while on the phone). She also told me it shouldn't take long for it to arrive. We also even spoke about it needing to be OEM cord and not a generic, to which she agreed. I hung up somewhat satisfied. Although I wouldn't be using my new pedal for a few more days, at least they were willing to make it right!! OR SO I THOUGHT!!!! Several days went by with no call back. So I finally decided I better call and see what the deal is. I called yesterday and a guy answered I explained everything and asked about the cord to which he replied "I don't know anything about a pedal or a cord, the boss is right here and he doesn't either". He asked me who I spoke to which I didn't know a name but remembered she was blond. He asked short hair or long. I said I thought it was long and he said she was working "tomorrow" (which is now today), and said to call back then and ask her. So I called just a few minutes ago. She proceeds to tell me that they don't order cords and things and that I was told I would have to order my own cord. Which wasn't true at all. I then said well I wouldn't have bought the pedal or kept it if that was the case. When I mentioned bringing it back she then asked if I had the receipt and asked how long it's been, and said I could bring it with the receipt and they'd look at it and see. Which "look at it and see" tells me they're going to "screw me out of money". An I wouldn't doubt if they say I've had it too long or something. Pure nuts I tell ya. Stupid things been sitting in the box in the closet since I've brought it home, hadn't even got to use it. Sure sucks!! I would steer clear of these people!! Also if you buy a guitar PLEASE look them over VERY VERY close!! There's several in the with cracked necks. They still try an sell them top dollar.

One handgun and one shotgun sold with the peace of mind knowing that they hold a FFL license. I didn't get a chance to look around, but there were lots of fun goodies in there! If you're new to silver and gold, they explain things without talking down to you. Sometimes the lines are long but that only proves that these guy are exceptionally awesome . I called other coin shops before going here. One wanted $8 premium on rounds and $10 on Silver Eagles -- straight ripoff. These guys were a lot more fair and resealable. I asked them their premiums up front and they told me straight up $1.50 on rounds and $3.50 to $4.50 on Silver Eagles cant remember. At the time, silver spot was around $80-$81. And change. Even though this place isn't the closest to my house, I'll drive out of my way to come here. Worth it. Good experience, good people, fair prices. I'll be back. I'm in pawn shops looking for tools, guns or electronics and I haven't been wowed by anything here. They do have a display case full of video games and from time to time, they have some tools that would be worth buying, but the price is usually pretty high. Pawnshops are like that though, the good stuff moves quickly and the not-so-good stuff stays there forever.
