The behavior of your employees is appalling. How could anyone take such a callous attitude toward an innocent animal and be so uncooperative to someone trying to help? By turning a blind eye & chastising those trying to help, your employees involved are absolutely complicit in the neglect & endangerment of the dog. They put the community at risk as well, because serious injuries can occur to motorists as well as the dog. I intend to escalate this issue to your corporate office. Until there is coverage indicating this matter has been appropriately handled, I will be avoiding all shell stations & encouraging everyone I know to do the same. What happened at this gas station is despicable and the attitude of the employee, "Sandra," is crappy as well. It IS a big deal when animals are abused.
