The owner Will is a super cool dude! Most of the glass here is hand blown by him and his friends. They also have a bunch of cool collectibles for sale (Pokémon, needoh, vintage clothing) if you're looking for some quality glass and highly sought after collectibles this is the place to go! read more

Super helpful and kind. Beautiful people and beautiful selection of glass art. Highly recommend! read more

Used to come here and always liked that it was a cool little local glass shop. However, the owner is kind of a prick which is probably a big reason why he doesn't have that many costumers and is struggling. Dude honestly has no business working a job that requires customer service. Will never come back. read more

I left feeling like I OVERPAID for a bong down stem so much so that I'm leaving this review. SKIP this place if you need a quick replacement and go up the street to literally any other glass store for FAIR pricing. read more

They blow their glass in house which you just don't really see these days. We need more shops like High Tide, fack all the china glass shops out there. Support your local glass blower. These guys are so rad, friendly, and have great quality pieces for reasonable prices. I bought a bubbler from them a bit ago and it's one of my favorite pieces. It was blown right there in the shop which is so rad. Love this shop read more

Unbelievable, they were smoking wax in the middle of the day inside the store. The lady was beyond rude to me, I had to just leave. I was actually going to spend a lot of money in there too. High Tide, your rude employee just cost you not only this money, but since I'm in the cannabis industry, we will make sure all the customers of The Rainbow Garden know not to shop there. Rude people are the worst. read more

Great customer service which is always a plus Quality products and the price is right (A++++) And I am loving the stash jewelry for future concerts/ fests! :) Did I mention they had pizza, Djs, live music and a keg on their second anniversary and offered a free pipe to the first person to bring them a cake? Made an online purchase - very professional crew, were prompt to wrap and prepare item for shipment and kept in consistent contact throughout transaction. Due to some factors on my end a refund was needed very soon after payment was made and the shop was very friendly and happy to help me out in a time of need. Would do business with again no questions. Thanks guys!!! read more

Was visiting SB on a space cholo trip. Stayed with my friend who had an exceptional water pipe. He directed me to its origin. High Tide SB. I found its duplicate online when I got home from my trip. Ordered it up and I am blowing happy rings with my cats read more

I come here pretty often. Very disappointed at my last visit. I bought a pen from them, and it broke, so I needed to replace it. I wanted to note that my pen was under $20.00. They wouldn't trade me pens, because after a few months it's not in "warranty" the employee said. I still needed to buy a charger for my pen that had wires coming out of it, if I we're the owner I would have replaced the pen no problem for a loyal customer (especially now that I can get electricuted)! Not a smart buisness move guys, there are an abundance of smoke shops, I won't be returning. read more

No complaints. Solid selection. Local glass, what's not to like. Came in over the weekend just as they were closing. Owner stayed open and was super chill - friendly staff. I'll def be back whenever I'm in town and told friends about it. Thanks guys. read more

So pumped to get some glass from this awesome shop. They literally have glass artists blowing glass right in front of you while you shop! So cool! I got to meet the owner Will Glass and he was super helpful when showing me beaker bottom water pipes. The prices were on point. I chose a Rick and Morty themed tube and they threw in a hand blown bowl piece for $10 more (usually 40$) and I could've got a standard bowl piece for free... all in all the purchase ran me 90$ out the door... my piece works like a dream, so dope! Thanks Will and High Tide!! Yew! read more

Worst shop I've ever been into. I came here because a nice man on State St. recommended this shop. What he didn't say was that they had the crappiest selection of glass and worse yet, no customer service. When we arrived the man behind the counter was helping some guys with a vape pen and that's fine, do what you're paid to do, but at least acknowledge that someone else, has come into your shop. We wandered around looking at the glass, or lack of, for a good fifteen minutes, still without being acknowledged. No hi, welcome, I'll be with you...NOTHING. I guess we weren't worth his time (there were three of us, all wanting to spend under $300 on new stuff) therefore he isn't worth my money, not that they had any worthy glass anyway. If you're looking for china made glass or cheap spoons, do visit. If you want quality glass and quality service go to Fuzion, it's on State street. Won't ever be back. read more

Great vibes and glass. Excellent customer service! And they even. Fix bongs ' I love high tide ! But I have been waiting since before the fires for my bong to be fixed and they still have yet to fix It or get It back to me, they seem to be somewhat backed up? Idk I'd love to have It back tho n It worries me a lot! read more

This place is my favorite honestly! Great top of the line products. Great staff. Much love and respect.

Very helpful staff Chris and Will we're very friendly and informative when it came to cbd products I bought a bong that was made by Will himself it seems like a little piece of treasure having a uniquely made item with a cool design and good function hits like a beast. My favorite products of this shop are the cbd candies and the cbd balms. With the great hand made glass products by local artists and great staff like Chris Phil gonzo I will absolutely became a regular this is my go to smoke shop read more

chill vibes and an excellent selection of CBD products. cool that the glass blowing is right at the front counter to watch, and so much beautiful glass to look at and possibly splurge on. all in all, happy. i'll be back read more

What a shitty shop!! All the bongs are way over price. Their repair service is a joke. They say it will take 2 weeks to fix a joint and after two months I had to get my money back and call it quits. The people working there are lazy potheads that smoke all day in the shop. I have seen a worker there break a bong and blame a customer for not saving it before it hit the ground. Overall bad customer service. I would recommend going to fusion on state to buy new glass and hemp wise in goleta to repair glass read more

Awesome little local glass shop run by genuinely good people. Great customer service. They really took the time to help me find just the right piece. Worth the crazy parking down there. ;) read more

Moved down to Santa Barbara from Santa Cruz looking for a new good reliable glass blower, since i left mine back home. I walked into High Tide not even two days after it had opened. Since then i periodically stop by to buy some new glass. I have not once been disappointed with the work or the service there. Will, the owner, has such a friendly and welcoming vibe that exhumes amongst his customers. I have never once been in-n-out of that store. I love that you can always get caught up in conversation with anyone that works there, and they don't disregard you unlike many of the other cheap smoke shops around here. I'd have to say it is one of my favorite shops to go to and i will definitely be there in the next few days because all of the glass is so detailed and artistic. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone especially if you have a love for quality made glass as i do! Thanks High Tide for your great service and great glass. read more

DO NOT come to this shop for E-cigarette/vape supplies. Their staff was not knowledgable of different types of vape oils (Vegetable nicotine? That's a good one). I was offered a compatible replacement part for my e-cig, which broke after four uses under normal conditions. If you are an e-cig/vape enthusiast, DO NOT give this shop any of your money, or your time. read more
