I did a FB marketplace search and saw that this place has some wrecked vehicles like mine. I asked my spouse to come here with me. Make sure you bring your tools because I know I wouldn't have. Don't worry though, it does look like they let you rent the tools for a reasonable price if you didn't bring your own. Upon entering the establishment, you will need to tell the staff what type of vehicle you're looking for and they will tell you where it can be found. How cool is that? You will then proceed to checking in, in their old school bind with your name, signature and date. Anyways I found what I was looking for and then some! So I was pretty satisfied with the price, service, and what I got. I would totally recommend this place.

If they're too thin they can't turn them down because the rotors will crack. The young kid used dial calipers to measure them and purposely applied more pressure to the dial calipers to give a false reading. Then told me I needed a new rotor. When I asked him what the minimum thickness was he couldn't even tell me . This is an old trick it's been used for years.. then he told me the rotors would be ready by noon ... wrong I will never shop at dis honest performance in Federal Way ever again......

Collin, Jennifer, and Dave all went out of their way to make everything go as easily and smoothly as it should. The trailer was ready to go when my wife arrived, and they took the time to carefully run through the steps of hooking it up and making sure everything was right. But most places are done after the sale. Not these people. A few days later, I called them back and asked them for a big favor. They never hesitated once about saying YES. They made a few requests and asked a few questions, and now my wife and son are on their way back home. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am. Thank God for a perfect, well-run company and, more importantly, people who truly care about their customers. That kind of service and kindness is hard to find these days, and I will never forget what Collin, Jennifer, and Dave did for my family. Do not hesitate--give them a call. You will be glad you did. In fact, if you don't, you will regret it. Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. Illinois Joe

Unrivaled Legendary Service! 5 Stars is Not Enough! We have been using Torklift Central for a few…read moreyears for our trailer, and their service and customer care have always been incredible. But what they did for me recently went so far above and beyond, it felt like old-school 1950s legendary integrity--the kind of human decency you just don't see with companies anymore. While working a temporary job out of state, I had to run back to Washington with my trailer. During the trip, I missed a wide turn and completely bent my trailer axle. It was 4:05 PM on a Friday, and I was scheduled to haul it back out of state the very next morning. Frantic, I called Torklift, and they told me to come right in. Getting caught up in rush-hour traffic, I called back to tell them I'd be four minutes late--which was after closing time. Instead of locking up, they told me they would wait. Nobody does that anymore. When I arrived, DJ and Keegan moved mountains to help me. Initially, they were completely booked out for a week. I was beside myself with stress because I absolutely had to be back at my new job Monday morning. DJ and Keegan were incredibly kind, empathetic, and understanding. They managed to squeeze me into the schedule for first thing Monday morning.I arrived Monday at opening and waited. We were all at the mercy of the parts delivery team, which didn't drop off the components until mid-day. The absolute second those parts arrived, Foreman Brandon and his mechanic Chris raced to work, thrashing to fix my trailer as fast as humanly possible. Senior Foreman "Eagle-eye" Johnny masterfully coordinated every single step of the workflow, flawlessly running the shop and managing multiple other clients at the same time. The entire team rallied together, going completely out of their way to get me back on the road. Because of their absolute tenacity, I was able to roll out of there a few minutes before closing that same day.I could never truly repay this team for their immense kindness. They didn't just operate as a business; they showed up as a team of genuinely good human beings trying to help out another person in a bind. They treated me like royalty. Torklift Central has a customer for life, and if you want top-notch work paired with unmatched integrity, this is the only place to go!

The staff is pretty friendly, and straight forward, but they get pretty busy so there are times they can be short with you. Pricing is reasonable and so far everything I've purchased has been working without any issues. Will definitely keep going back if they have parts I need in stock.

But through a series of referrals, I finally got to Black Diamond Auto Wrecking, who were recommended by a local Portland wrecking yard. Black Diamond had the window for my particular car, and the price, including $60 to ship it, was around $136. I ordered it in the late afternoon on a Monday and I had it by Wednesday evening. I believe I spoke with Mike and he was polite and efficient. The service was generally excellent and I greatly appreciate their help. The only drawback was reaching them. Sometimes I had to call them several times to get to a live person. There were times that no one answered the phone. There were other times when the phone went to a message machine that could, at times, get you into an endless loop. At other times, the message machine would put you on hold briefly until someone answered. It was kind of inconsistent and something I'd suggest the company improve. Otherwise, they were great and the window they sold me, now installed, is working perfectly.
