The first time I came in with a mobile order, which no where does it tell you to pick up at register. The African woman I spoke with who had long braided hair was busy, but was being rude with me when I was simply asking about my order. Keep in mind I'm using my little 15 minute break during work to do this. She didn't listen to me about the fact I ordered 10 minutes prior and didn't consider I made a mobile order. My break is up and I finally get to find out that it's been sitting at the register the entire time. I go to work and find the burrito had no cheese or egg. At this point in infuriated. I call in about this with my frustration so hopefully it'll be ready by the time I get back. I get back, I show the issue. We confirm the APP is the problem with not having egg, however I still didn't receive cheese. Once we confirmed it was the APPs fault, I was able to calm down some. The order screens on site give you the egg option, but online/app doesn't. The woman who I spoke with first time was much more understanding and respectful talking to me as well which made me feel better. They remade my order, let me keep the mess up for my time used, and gave me a free fountain drink for my time. All of these kind curtesies they did for me changed my 1 star review ready to break something to 4 stars. The service changed the second time around, the majority of the order mistake was the app's fault, and I was compensated for the large amount of time I had to use for this encounter. I appreciate the staff for the second encounter. I do not recommend ordering this burrito online or through the app unless you can add a note lol.

I find Wegmans to be one of the cheaper grocery stores in the area. They offer a lot of their own brand items which are very reasonably priced. Their vegetables and fruits, frozen items and fresh bread are all things I find to be competitive (if not better priced) with other grocery stores. Vegetarian selection. While other grocers have gone away from their own line of vegetarian/vegan items, Wegmans hasn't. They've got super reasonable vegan nuggets, chicken patties and spicy chicken patties. The nuggets come in both regular size and family size. Baked goods. We get my kids' birthday cakes at Wegmans. The ordering process is easy, they will do half chocolate and half vanilla for us and the icing is not as overly sweet as other places we've tried. They have done a decent job and, the one time they gave us the wrong flavor, they fixed the situation. There is a lot of other things I like about Wegmans. But the cakes, vegan/vegetarian options and prices stand out.

Since this Instacart shopping involved three orders, I organized the three orders among five reusable bags. As I was getting ready to check out the items, the manager approached me. I greeted the manager, and the manager did not greet me back. Then, the manager asked me if the items I shopped for were "pre-purchased". I answered no, and the manager quickly scolded me for putting the items in reusable bags. As the manager was checking out all the items, the manager was having a personal coversation over the phone. After the manager help me check out all the items, I said thanks. The manager ignored me and walked away.

Consistent horrible service from pharmacy. Hard getting through. I don't regularly have…read moreprescriptions. But each time is some type of communication issue. Now I've been on phone for 15 minutes waiting. My app and phone system says I don't have a prescription. Its 4pm. My doctor's office says it was sent in at 2pm. Someone just picked up call for a minute and put me on hold. I was told last time I dealt with them a month ago, that their phone system had problems. That time to finally get to pharmacy, I had to direct call to manager who walked back to pharmacy to help me communicate. A couple of times that I was in store, I could hear customers complaining with pharmacy.

Nothing worse than not having those long straws at the ready, 4) Plenty of good snacks. I need kettle chips with my dogs and they seem to never run out of them. 5) Lots of Ben and Jerry's flavors to choose from. 6) No ATM. So there are no little receipt slips laying on the floors and the meth heads are not in there trying to get money. 7) Hot coffee and cold fixin's. I love French Vanilla cream and they always have a bottle (Not those little pain in the a** cuplets) to pour. Lots of Splenda so I can maintain my girlish figure. Well stocked with stirrers, cup sleeves and two kinds of tops depending upon your transportation needs. 8) Cleanliness - The most important. The guys who run this place really keep it clean, well lit and stocked. This is the best one I have seen so far. 9) The most important thing - Friendly service. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone into other 7-11's and get some sour puss act like he is doing me a favor by shopping at his store. The guys at this place are helpful, friendly and are nice. 10) Cash back at the register. I can get 5 or 10 dollars back in change, That is a great help. I am sure it is because they do not want a lot of cash on hand. Robbers stay away from this one! 11) Prices - Sure they can be high, but hell this is a convenience store. You pay more for it. But you can save money. Look for the combination deals on food. They cook a lot of pizza and chicken in house. It is inexpensive and really decent.
